a wonderful experience

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Please see above
Cons: The laundry. The towels were not always changed but when I asked for fresh ones they were replaced
Location: the location was convenient and close to buses there was a regular hourly bus that left for the airport at reasonable cost
The breakfasts were some of the best I've ever had with a great range of food including gluten and dairy free. The staff were polite and very helpful There is a smart tv which was an added bonus

Good Hotel on the outskirts of Dublin city centre

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Free car park and easy walking distance to Dublin conference centre.
Cons: The gasworks is a good pub if you want a snack and drink at night but needs to cater better for hotel guests in the evening. i.e. Carvery at night?
Location: Easy to get to from the Port ,near the Theatres and plenty of restaurants near the river. Near the ring roads for car travel around the city.
This hotel is within walking distance of the conference centre and has a free car park which is not often found in Dublin. It is a simple but comfortable hotel with everything you need for a reasonable price. The gasworks pub does a limited range of food with good portion sizes if you fancy a burger , Chips and Pint but is expensive for what you get so I would take a trip into the town centre. The hotel is near the Theatre and it is a 15 minute walk up to the river and some restaurants near the canal entrance. Overall I would say it is a 3 star plus hotel with free internet and easy access from the port side of town.

Location: Close to the 02 and local DART service into city centre .
Stayed overnight for a show in the 02. Staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Smart tv's are a bonus too.

Hotel close to many places

Clean hotel. Close to grand canal. Close to aviva stadium. Clean and spacious. Only negative thing is that there is no mini fridge in the room. Even after requesting one and being told one would be delivered it never was. Otherwise fantastic

Tired hotel in need of a refurb

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: bed was comfy
Cons: refurb of bathrooms and shuttle servies to the city centre
Location: Not near anything I wanted to see
Hotel room was average with a shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor. Description misleading on how close the hotel was to the main attractions.

An easy walk to Trinity College and beyond!

Posted Apr 27, 2014
We stayed in the hotel for five nights and the front desk was extremely helpful. The food downstairs was good as well, and our room was quite clean. The only thing that was difficult is that it got very warm in the room because it was unseasonably warm while we were visiting, so we had to sleep with the windows open each night and heard all manner of alarms outside. Don't let that deter you, though, it's a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and bathrooms.

Very close to the O2 with shuttle bus to concert.

Posted Apr 21, 2014
We stayed at this hotel on the weekend that Status Quo were playing in O2 Sat 12 April. We found check in very quick & friendly, we had lunch here & it was reasonably priced & tasty. Our room was very comfortable & breakfast the following morning was really good with big selection to choose from. Car parking was also perfect & free! Will definitely return.

Nice hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel in a great location for the theatre (they offer a shuttle bus for €5 but it's less than 10mins walk to the Bord Gais theatre) and only a short walk into Grafton Street and the city centre. Free parking is also a perk.

Nice hotel with parking facility.

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: That it had its own car parking located beneath the hotel.
Cons: The bath in the bathroom was all scratched & the surface peeling off it.
Location: The location is a good 20 minute walk from the city centre. There is a train station across the road & 50 feet down the side street.
The staff were extremely helpful & full of information. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel was great. The food & service were very good.
