“Average hotel”

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and had soft and fluffy towels. The beds, however were hard and uncomfortable. Each bed had one flimsy pillow and the sheets and covers were rather shabby. The hotel was located in an area convenient to shopping and other tourist attractions.

“Nice, quiet and clean”

A little bit away from major attraction but very quiet hotel. I got a backside room and I didn't experience any noise problem mentioned by others, even during the weekend. Forget the breakfast and no wifi... but there's an access to a computer with internet (extra charge).

“Great Place...but neighboring clubs were noisy at night!”

Great Place...but neighboring clubs were noisey at night! We met nice guest in the sitting room where the wifi was and tea was service. The communal sitting room was lovely and comfortable. The employees were nice as well. However, if you are a light sleeper, then the neighboring club noise could be a problem.

“A taste of dublin”

The hotel was comfortable, and staff very helpful and friendly, easy access to the heart of Dublin no need to worry about getting from a-b. Only downside are the nightclubs in the street, a little noisy during the early hours, we were at the front of the hotel and this did disturb us, otherwise top spot !!!

“Would probably stay there again”

Overall it was good. There was one desk person who had the night shift who was terrible. I am a 32 year old woman and he treated me like I was 15 or something. He didn`t allow me to have a friend back into my room after the bar. The person had just walked me home and we were going to eat our burgers together....pretty brutal So then he said goodbye to me on the step and the man asked us to get off the step because we were being too loud(we were kissing goodbye...I mean come on buddy!!!!!) The thing is there were about 20 cabs and about 50 people on the street because of the 2 night clubs that were still open(so as if we were making the noise...what a joke).....it was just very, very poor customer service on his behalf. The rest of the staff were amazing! If you get a room in the back you can`t hear the clubs one bit!!! The hotel is conveniently located to grafton street, st. stephens green and the temple bar area! It`s old and the decor is outdated but it was clean and comfortable.

“Great location, modern but a bit loud”

5 min walk from Graffton Street and the Dart stations. about a 10 min walk to Temple Bar. Modern rooms with fab bathroom and shower. VERY WARM room and lots of noise from the street below. Onsite secure parking and very friendly staff. Great price

“A really pleasant stay.”

I stayed here with my father so he could catch up with some old friends who live near Dublin. The location is fantastic- everything is within an easy walk. Bathroom was good, as was the breakfast and the room comfort. The only small gripe was the tiny television on the wall was so small it was difficult to see the picture while sitting on the beds. We slept soundly but possibly in high summer, when the window might be open, the sound of the trams going by directly outside might keep you awake. We both enjoyed the free WiFi available throughout the hotel. On balance, I think I'd return to the same hotel next time I'm in Dublin.

“O.k. option close to Steven's Green”

Great location and o.k. price. Rooms are small and not very attractive. Location is of course fantastic. staff friendly in a low key fashion.

“Not impressed”

The bathrooms seemed to have been recently remodeled but they do not have counter space to put your toiletries, towels or clothes. We asked for two beds and we were given a room with one bed. Front desk staff was very nice and gave us anothe room but it faced the street and the tram runs right outside, and you can hear it starting at about 5:00 am. You could get a better place closer to Stephen Green.

“Nice but noisy”

The staff was fine. The room was quite small. Our room was facing the street. There were disco clubs across the street and even during the week from about 11pm - 3am it was like grand central station with lots of yelling and shouting. Even with earplugs I was kept awake.
