Service in the bar was very slow, seemed understaffed. The rooms were good and the shuttle the airport very convenient.

Great Hotel to use for a night prior to flying next day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was very good. Rooms and Bathrooms are clean and functional. Nice area to walk around and felt safe.

An excellent stay - lovely room, clean, comfortable and large. Very peaceful nights sleep. Staff are good. Gym is excellent also. Breakfast was great. Can’t wait to stay again!

Hilton Inhospitable!
Arrived at the hotel and was given a floor on the 4th Floor. Room was very tired and had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Asked for a room change and was booked into room 128 which I was told was a “refurbished” room. Room was OK, but was next to a very busy and noisy road. Honestly I thought the windows were open as it was so noisy, but no, there is just no insulation!! Hilton had one job…..give a safe comfortable space to get a good nights sleep……unacceptable noise levels from the road and the fact the the aircon is useless meant that they failed!!

no hot water ?
Arrive late and need to be out early in the morning. Took a shower and only then we experience there and then, there was no hot water (hence at best only luke warm after flowing for a long time of 10 minutes) !. Anyway, can't ring receptionist nor can I complain while in the middle of a shower. Anyway told receptionist the following morning as a feedback. Never had I experience this in any hotel especially from Hilton. lessons learnt .....never take for granted that there's always hot water. Make sure to check and complain before jumping in.

Warm and efficient
Restaurant was good value and food was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful about additions requests to store medication and everything was warm, friendly and efficient

I would’ve given it more, but I found the breakfast cold plates were cold. The breakfast room was cold so consequently I time you want to eat your breakfast it was cold part from that everything was good. Staff are good. The bedrooms were good just get your act together and warm, the plates
