Great hotel for commuters

Very pleasant staff. Good food close to airport. Shuttle driver was an extremely nice fellow.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very helpful. There room was pretty big and there's a shuttle that goes from the hotel to the airport in 10-15min for €4. The hotel also had a really nice bar/lounge area.

Pathetic wait times for shuttle bus to hotel.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness.
Cons: Airport shuttle service.
Decent hotel and property with friendly staff. However, having to wait 45 minutes in the freezing cold for a shuttle bus from the airport is a joke. From arriving at the airport, it took 90 minutes until I got to my room, because of the wait for the shuttle, the journey time (about 15 minutes because the driver went out of his way to pick up some aviation workers in the cargo area of the airport) and a 30 minute wait at check in. Overall, airport convenience is what should sell an airport hotel and this was incredibly inconvenient.

very disappointed with dinner, but there were xmas parties that night, but that is not an excuse

Nice hotel close to airport

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff especially the restaurant staff. The only flaw is the room temperature. The heat was on for the winter but even turning it off didn't drop the temperature to a comfortable setting. Hotel provided fans which only helped a little. Would stay again - in the summertime.

SAVE THE 50 EURO BY TAXI INTO CITY AND STAY HERE

Pros: ITS VERY WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL, I AM HOOKED, WAS A WESTBURY HOTEL GIRL UNTIL I SAW THIS ON WAY TO AIRPORT TWO YEARS AGO, ITS COZY AND WARM
Cons: nope but paying 40-50 euro from airport to other city center hotels just makes this hotel perfect, free shuttle is amazing to and from airport
Location: TAKE THE 43 OR 47 BUS INTO THE CITY CENTER, take the 15 bus at connelly station back its quicker and same price 2.6 EUROS, MALL ACROSS ROAD FROM HOTEL
FREE SHUTTLE FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT DOWNSTAIRS TERMINAL ONE, MAKE A LEFT UPON DEPARTURE, WALK AROUND UNTIL YOU GET TO THE CHAPEL WITH THE CROSS ON TOP, THE SHUTTLE WILL BE THERE, ITS BLACK WITH WHITE WRITING ON IT, AND IT COMES EVERY HALF HOUR, SO JUST WAIT FOR IT, ITS FREE AND TAKES YOU IMMEDIATELY TO THE HOTEL, NO STOPS, JUST DIRECT, ITS FANTASTIC, DEREK MY DRIVER IS THE COOLEST DRIVER I EVER MET, YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOTEL, HAVE THE SOUP WITH THE BROWN BREAD, AT THE RESTAURANT WITH THE FIREPLACE DIRECTLY TO THE RIGHT UPON ENTERING THE HOTEL, ITS SOO GOOD AND ITS SOO COMFORTING, THE ICE CREAM IS AMAZING TOO EVEN ON A COLD DAY, LOVED THIS HOTEL THE ROOMS ARE HUGE

A pleasant stay. Didn't feel safe at night though. Breakfast was good but evening dinner could have had more healthy choices.

This hotel is excellent. Super clean, friendly staff, great food and very easy access to the bus to get to central Dublin. We will definitely returning to Dublin and definitely will stay at this hotel!

You won't be disappointed

Room was very spacious with a good size bathroom. Lovely and warm and very clean. Mini bar but no sweeties !! Also no vending machine in the hallway which I find handy.Parking is very secure and food was delicious in restaurant. Reception wasn't very friendly and were slow in the morning when you need to just get your car park ticket validated.I had to queue behind people checking out and I just wanted my ticket stamped!! Other than that I was pleased and would stay again.
