I would recommend
Room was spacious enough. Bed was really comfortable, soft pillows and warm - good for winters. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good sauna, Jacuzzi and small indoor swimming pool.The only thing I would complain about but not really complain more like a comment, for the breakfast that the pastries were hard and weak coffee. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel any time.

The Christmas decorations were so lovely and there was a great atmosphere about the place. The only tiny reservation is about the staff. They are very good at their jobs, and helpful, but quite a few of them come off as clinical which isn't what you'd expect from an Irish hotel (or even an Irish clinic :-) ). There is one other annoyance: why isn't basic information like breakfast times, available in a printout, or on the TV information screen, or some place?

Limited EV charging, although I did get access after a short while. Could do with more than one point. There are no public EV points near, which is a city problem. The hotel, food and service were impeccable and I will stay there again.

I liked the hotel, especially the therapy pools, hot tub, steam room and sauna! But we wished we stayed closer to the Temple Bar area part of town.

This is a lovely, clean hotel and restaurant. The breakfast buffet and dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious! We initially reserved the Executive Room with a Terrace View, but the AC in the room wasn’t working. The hotel staff were very accommodating by switching our rooms and providing meal vouchers for the inconvenience. The front desk staff and management were especially helpful throughout our stay, and provided recommendations for food and sites to see. The hotel’s located across the street from the Kilmainham Gaol and the Art Museum/ Park. Also, other tourist attractions were closeby via Taxi. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from the Dublin City Center. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we visited Dublin.

I been to quite a few hotels but the staff in this hotel are something else. The breakfast is unbelievable with fresh food and caters for a wide range of appetites. Our room was good standard, fresh and clean. Shower could be a bit higher up the wall. I like the window which we could open. This hotel is a great quality hotel, We will be back soon.

€100 extra for what?
I paid, like the occupants before me, €100 for the room to be deep cleaned on my departure. This is clearly not happening because when I moved the bed i found a key card that belonged to a previous occupant. Very disconcerting to think we pay extra for a deep clean because we had a pet with us which is definitely not getting done. This is the 2nd time but when it happened before I put it down to error but can't keep doing that. Also why when we pay extra are we forced to sit outside in the cold for our meals? Surely there could be somewhere inside, separate the restaurant where we can sit and eat like civilised people, after all we pay extra for the cleaning?
