Parents Dublin Treat

Posted Apr 14, 2015
I booked this hotel for my parents as a Christmas treat along with a seep rate treat of seeing olly Murs at the 3Arena. The booking was good but unfortunately there rooms heating wasn't working but this was quicky resolve and they were moved . The staff were friendly and helpful . Being a Hiltern they were surprised as the lobby area was kept very well as if it hadn't been dusted in a while . But don't let that put anyone going as we all have our off days overall a pleasant stay according to my parents just as well as the weather was wetland windy .

Great stay at Hilton Kilmainham

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed everything about this hotel and highly recommend it for a stay in Dublin.
Location: The Hilton is aproximately 30-40 yards from the Kilmainham Gaol, an interesting tour to add to your itinerary.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Kilmainham. They provide an excellant breakfast buffet and it is relaxing and perfect way to start your days in Dublin. Rooms are very neat and clean, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed being outside of the city centre and away from the noise and traffic. Hotel staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. would recommend taking taxis into the city, as the fare is comparable to the buses and more convenient!

Nice hotel .awesome breakfast

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Had a great time at the Hilton in Dublin. Breakfast is awesome and definitely worth the money to add. Restaurant /bar /room service is awesome. Comfortable. Clean. Nice location away from busy Dublin but still able to walk to places like Guinness. Tour bus stops right outside. Friendly staff. Overall great stay.

Great hotel in a convenient location.

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Quiet location, and in walking distance of transport links to the city centre and airport. Good quality breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Location: 15 min walk from Heuston Rail Station 10 min walk from Suir Road tram stop Located opposite Kilmainham Gaol, which has a tour bus stop outside it
Due to our flight time we arrived well before check in time, but we were able to drop our bags off before hand so we could explore the area and get our bearings. Staff were very helpful and our room was available before the check in time. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Would highly recommend the breakfast, good choice and quality. We used the nearby Suir Road tram stop (10 min walk) to get into the city centre. It only takes 10 minutes and the service is every few minutes. The hotel is located opposite Kilmainham Gaol, which has a tour bus stop outside it. Would highly recommend one of the city tours as it's a great way of seeing the different parts of Dublin. Heuston rail station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The Airlink 747 bus operates a regular service between the station and Dublin Airport.

Pros: There was nothing to dislike about the Hotel.
Cons: Swimming Pool a little too small .
Location: Good could get to any attraction easily
Had a great time at this Hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us. Also when we arrived they had put dressing robes, slippers and a few cakes on a plate in our room such a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. So much to see and do .

Modernes Hotel, etwas außerhalb

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Great hotel - good location!

Posted Feb 3, 2015
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton for three nights in Kilmainham. The location was not extremely central, but is only a 5 min taxi ride from Heuston station. It is easy to get into the city and if you don't mind walking, it is only about 20-30 to get to guinness storehouse, Christ church Cathedral, and Brazen Head on foot! The room is very clean and the staff was amazing. My sunglasses were left in a taxi and the front desk made phone calls and put out alerts to all of the taxi companies, and lucky for me they were returned! The food was okay at the hotel, but we only ate there once , as we are far more interested in local favourite food spots! Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone not on a budget !

luxuriöses Hotel in geschichtsträchtiger Lage

Posted Jan 27, 2015
