Great short holidayPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Near to great sightseeing spots. The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast selection was nice. The facilities are good (Gym and Spa options).
Cons: The shower glass was leaky, left a puddle on the floor after showering. No hair dyer in the hotel room. The ladies changing room could be nicer.
Location: Very good location, the Kilmainham Gaol (jail), the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the hop-on-hop-off pick-up bus stop is a stone's throw away.
Overall, I had a great short holiday. Dublin is a wonderful place to visit with lots to see and do, plenty of sightseeing options available. The locals are friendly and provide a welcoming environment. There is something there for everyone. The hotel itself was lovely, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities like the sauna, stream room, jacuzzi, small swimming pools and the gym were appreciated. The hotel location is good there is a hop-on-hop-off bus stop across the road. The Kilmainham Gaol (jail) and the Irish Museum of Modern Art are also across the road.

World's most expensive breakfast !!!Posted Jul 5, 2014
Although I was satisfied with the hotel itself the staff I dealt with were dreadful. Both lied to me about taking money off my card. I was informed on arrival that my card details would need to be put in the system just encase I 'have a party and trash the room'. Needless to say I didn't but I was charged €41.30 for 'putting my details on the system' and then when I checked out they asked if I wanted to use the details on the system to pay for my breakfast. I said yes and was then charged a further €24 for this! In total I paid €65.30 for 2 x breakfast that is meant to be €12 per head. Needless to say I have demanded a refund for this! !!

A three Star HotelPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff , they will try their best to help
Cons: I wish I know
Location: Far from town centre but not a problem at all . just few mints walk 10 to 15 mnts and you can reach Dublin excellent Tram Service
Gross disappointment and not up to Hilton reputation , OK as a B&B at most. first night the AC was down and the room was as hot as an oven , moved to another room which wasn't better at all

Excellent hotel near many visitor attractionsPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Close to Phoenix Park for the Bloom Garden Show, Heuston Station and LUAS. Close to IMMA, Kilmainham Goal, Collin's Barracks Museum and Guinness.
Cons: The cushions on the seats in the restaurant could be replaced as the padding has flattened and they are not very comfortable.
Location: See above.
One sentence sums up this hotel: The guests come first. From the moment you check in you are treated politely and with respect. Our room was spacious, clean, air conditioned and everything provided for. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent and restaurant food very good. Parking very secure.

Great hotelPosted Apr 29, 2014
This was a great hotel. The rooms were nice. We were able to book tours and the hop on hop off bus at the front desk. The bus picks up right in front if the hotel. Cab rides to temple bar were around 10 euros. It was also nice that the hotel had a restaurant and bar.
