“Fantastic stay on the Emerald Isle!”

Hotel wasvery nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet with full English breakfast. Room was average size but no drawers to store clothing. Closet had iron on bottom of wall so ironing board took closet space. No door hook in bathroom to hang bathrobes so they took up the rest. Bed extemely hard. TV had BBC but we were gone on excursions most time. Fran down in Customer service was FANTASTIC, went way above and beyond for us in getting our side trips arranged.

FROM BOOKING IN TO LEAVING THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFULL, IN EVERY DEPARTMENT . ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. FOOD HIGH QUALITY AND PLENTY OF IT.

“Very Quiet”

We enjoyed the Dublin Hilton. It is a little off the beaten path but Dublin is such a walkable city it didn't really matter. We could walk to the Temple Bar area from the hotel in about 10 minutes. It was always very quiet at the hotel and we slept well. I would recomennded avoiding the breakfast buffet at the Hilton. It is actually very good but is much too pricey. There are coffee shops within a few minutes walking that have very good and less expensive breakfasts. There is a pub called "The Barge" about a block from the hotel that has good food, drink, and atmosphere.

“Fantastic hotel, lived up to its name”

We stayed at the Dublin Hilton on the 1st weekend of April. The hotel is very modern and and decorated to a very high standard. Staff were attentive and polite. The room was very impressive and immaculately clean! The breakfast buffet, included in the price, was comprehensive and tasty. Location is also convenient, in a quiet part of the city, next to a canal, only 10-15 min walk from St Stephen's Green. If you don't like walking, or the weather is being typically Irish, there is always the LUAS stop literally attached to the hotel.

“Would Highly Recommend This Hotel!!!!”

First inpressions always count and our first impression on arrival was great, we had a speedy check in and as we were only booked in for bed and breakfast we were offered the chance to purchase vouchers for our evening meals, at a discounted price, we took them up on this offer and had a 3 course A'La Carte meal which was first class, these vouchers are only available on check in so ask about them then, as you can't purchase them afterwards. Breakfast certainly sets you up for the day , it was truly amazing the items you can choose from, all cooked beautifully. Maid service was first class and our room was kept spotless and tea and coffee was replenished everyday, we even asked the maid to leave extra one day and she left extra everyday.

“Relaxed atmosphere”

Very pleasant environment. Although a member of the international Hilton group, the hotel had the atmosphere of a small, friendly institution. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable - the bed was also comfortable and conducive to a good night's rest.

The staff at the Hilton Dublin should give lessons to others on how to run a hotel! Whatever the guest wants or needs, they get. Thanks to Fran and Michael,they go way way beyond the norm in customer satisfaction. Never had a nicer stay in a hotel my entire life.
