Good hotel in central location

Posted Mar 1, 2015
This hotel was very good with friendly, efficient staff. Any problems that we had were addressed immediately in a polite, proffesional manner. The customer was always put first. We were allowed to check in early on our day of arrival which was very convenient. The room was very clean and the beds were made each morning. The hotel was good for families and in a central location. We would definately recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely hotel - great value for money

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Have just returned from a 2 night stay here. Have to say it was a lovely room for what I paid, staff were really friendly. One thing I thought was comforting was the security of the hotel, using your keycard to get into the lift is reassuring. Not too long a walk from the likes of temple bar however if you struggle to walk long distances then may be not for you. Although the sightseeing bus tour is only a 5 minute walk so is really helpful when seeing the whole city. Would definitely recommend to anybody

a great hotel in a very convenient position

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: the modern appearance, the cleanliness and the location
Cons: perhaps some soap for the washbasin as well as the handwash
Location: the location is excellent - in the city centre but with quiet rooms
we stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable indeed. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, the decor is lovely and the baggage storage service is excellent. We would definitely come again! And it was excellent value for money.

Had a lovely weekend stay here. Hotel is in a great place, just off O'Connell street near all the main shops on the high street and only a 15 minute walk from the main Temple Bar area. Would definitely stay here again.

great stay

Posted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: All of the above
Cons: Staff friendly and helpful but only one person on reception when checking out. Find jurys policy of having to use key to access lifts irritating.
Location: great for sightseeing. Great bookshop called chapters across the road. Also kingfisher restaurant if you miss breakfast.
Only stayed one night this time but have stayed here before. Good location friendly staff and good food.

Another fab Jurys Inn

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Clean good location.
Cons: Room safes.
Location: Temple bar 10 min walk. Guiness storehouse 30 -40 min walk. OConnell shopping street, around corner from hotel. Dublin castle 20 mins.
Jury's Inn Parnell Street. Decent location, top end of O'Connell street. 10 minute walk down to liffey and temple bar area. Got an excellent deal for 2 nights on a weekend. Staff very helpful and for room essentials theres a tesco express across the street. Plenty of fast food places, kfc, subway and a decent fish and chip shop just near to hotel. Room was lovely, twin room with a double and single bed, very clean and decent size room. All the mod facilities and a clean bathroom. Only downside no room safe but free use of a storage box downstairs at reception, but a 250 euro fee if you lose the key. I literally walked everywhere in Dublin and seen all the sights. Can recommend 'pie haven' a cheeky little pie shop off Temple bar area, 8 euro for pie smash and peas with a drink. Perfect hangover cure. The airport bus stops along Parnell street and coming back mid way down OConnell street, ideal. Would stay again, no issues at all.

We travelled from Australia with not much knowledge of the area; central location, safe and easy to walk to food, shops, supermarket and airport transfers/ public transport
