Nothing Special

Only good thing is the location to be honest. For the money it was very disappointing. Bar was huge and could be potentially great, but it needs a makeover.

Acceptable for the price

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Light the hallways.
Location: Near Temple Bar area. Safe neighborhood.
Parking was an issue. The parking was several blocks away-very inconvenient and not disclosed on their website. We were aware there would be a charge but it was payable to the garage, not to the hotel, also not disclosed. Hallways were narrow and poorly lit. Room and bathroom clean but not immaculate. Mold in the shower/tub area.

Such friendly staff

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The central location. The staff.
Location: Right in the centre of town, on Stephen's Green. There are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and even a small supermarket.
I chose this hotel for its central location on Stephen's Green, for a weekend visit to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help make our stay more enjoyable.

Disappointing

Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Location.
Why no mini bar? No fridge, tap water undrinkable (we did and regretted it). Well located but a little shabby and our room had a terrible odor and something gave my finance hives.

Central location and friendly staff

The hotel is well located. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are limited and showing signs of their age. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be- more limited range.

Expensive with know amenities.

Posted Jun 17, 2014
No free wifi connection, no wash cloth; we had to beg for a fan. We had to pay for water. One towel per person. We had to ask for a second room card. No place to set our luggage accept on the floor. Left out major portions of our meal ( however, Juan did an incredible job at making everything excellent)... Full Irish breakfast only, however, they did give us a continental breakfast that was excellent (by mistake, thank you). Somehow our credit card was misfiled, however, the manager did a great job fixing that. The people were great, we just felt the only thing we were getting for the price we paid was location. I will walk further next time.

Good location in Dublin

Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Rooms were spacious enough; good location; bar lounge off the lobby.
Location: Taxi's are aplenty in Dublin, took them everywhere so we could get around and see has many sights as possible. Recommendations: Take lunch at Brazen
First hotel of our 6-day trip to Ireland. Great location near Stephen's Green. The hotel had a nice roomy sitting area and an adjacent bar/lounge that was quite nice. Had a couple of drinks and the staff was very friendly. Room accommodations were nice. The rooms were a nice size and although we were on the street side of the building, it was very quiet.
