“Great location”
Stay Dublin-Millennium Tower Apartments are a great place to stay. You have the freedom of an apartment and the location is ideal. Located right across the River Liffey from the Temple Bar area, you can access all areas of the city. I travel to Dublin twice a year and I always use Stay Dublin.
“if I ever decide to go to Dublin I would certianly stay here again”
I enjoyed my stay in Dublin. The people near the apartments were helpful I would stay there again.
“Like renting a timeshare, great for family”
Great location, make sure you recive email with check in code. Very clean, much larger than we expected. similar to renting a timeshare. Would stay here again in a minute.
“Perfect for a Longer Stay”
Stay Dublin was perfect, for three people we had a full kitchen, living room(with a pull out sofa), dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The apartment as a whole had every amenity we could have needed. The location was good, about a five minute walk from the Liffey River (and just about everything else in Dublin) the convenience of having an apartment was an absolute pleasure.
“Good place to stay with kids”
We enjoyed our time at the Stay Dublin Apartments. Once we found the entrance, which is on a pedestrian side street off of Lower Abbey, and caused us a bit of extra leg work, we found the accomodations very convenient. We were able to shop at the store on the lower level for some food items, but found other basic items (sugar, salt, dishwashing soap) already stocked in the kitchen. We were two blocks away from the river, so Temple Bar was only a couple of minutes walk, we were on the LUIS line, and there was a cash machine on the corner. The area was pretty quiet and the rooms were clean. And we had a nice view of the city and the Wicklow mountains too! I'd not hesitate to stay there again.
“better than expected”
great location. everything we needed. a bit spartan but everything was clean and worked. greaat for families.
“Weekend in Dublin.”
The apartment was clean and comfortable, for as much time as I spent in it. The view from the window was looking down into the Millennium Square which was great. The beds were ok but I am use to sleeping on a softer pillow top mattress. It wasn’t a bad night sleep just not what I am use to. Internet access is available but for a fee. It is a public network so be careful of the information you are accessing the same as you should be on any public network. Munchies offers free internet access to its customers and are located in the same square just 30 yards away. Check-in and check-out was very easy, use the code and access you lock box and you are done. The building could have used a little attention, like the striping around the outer door. It was hanging out and each time I came or went I would catch on it. The building had a very lived in feeling, nothing outstanding but not a dump either. If you are looking for turn-down service and daily staff interaction this is not your place. Staying here you have the feeling of living in Dublin, if only for a brief time. It was what I had expected and nothing more. There really was no WOW factor but I didn’t expect there to be. I would recommend that if you are staying for more than a weekend then this is a great place.
“Great location,excellent value”
The apartments were very well equipped, clean and in an excellent location, convenient for sightseeing Dublin's major attractions. Great dining could be found in TempLe Bar just a couple of minutes walk across the bridge. If you prefer to dine-in a cooker and microwave are provided and excellent food shopping in Tesco and Marks and Spencer are just next door. Be aware that the apartments are not individually serviced daily but a washing machine is provided. Also the central city location can be noisy at night with people from the pubs. However they are overall much better value than a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay.
“no maid”
The area was well placed with food and transport near by. It was a short walk for most things. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, NO maid service the full week I was there.
“Nice location but partys going on all around the hotel...all night...”
We really enjoyed the hotel during the day, the room was HUGE and more than we expected. The kitchen and dining room was so convenient to have for cheap breakfasts and lunches for the kids. The downside to our stay was that the hotel is facing the alley between two large buildings so everything echoes all night including the drunks and people partying all over and in other hotel rooms above and below us. We got only 4 hours of actual sleep during the whole 2 night stay. I will say that the convenience of not having a front desk was great. We used the code to get in the door and get our keys and were all in the apartment 40 minutes after we left the airport. Also the price was incredibly cheap. Recommend for 5-7 singles looking for a cheap place to base a party weekend in Temple Bar, its a 2 minute walk away. Families might want to stay away from the Millenium tower...or bring earplugs with you.
