Very comfortable apartment and well located. 3 problems: 1. We arrived late with no phone and the building had no information as to how to enter the apartment! luckily a resteraunt nearby knew where to send us. 2. the internet did not work!!! 3. not enough hot water

Fully equiped apartment

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Clean, large, comfortable and conviently located apartment with very close acess to a tram
Cons: The washer-dryer was locked on a child proof setting that it took the staff 3 days to figure out. Directions for it's operation would help.
Location: Temple Bar was less than a 10 min. walk and a tram to all sights ran in front. Grocery store, restraunts and bars in courtyard.
Overall an excellent experience in a spacious, fully equipted apartment. 24 hour desk with helpful staff. Temple Bar is less than a 10 min. walk and a tram to all sights ran in front. Grocery store, restraunts and bars in courtyard. My elderly mother appreciated the elevator and my 25 year old daughter loved the neighborhood.

Great location

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: Blinds instead of curtains for privacy and install airconditioning. Front door bangs close instead of a gentle soft closure.
This hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre of Dublin and extremely comfortable. Passing foot traffic and restaurants were a bit noisy but the convenience of the location outweighed the noise. Good instructions on the use of facilities/appliances. Take the time to read it and you will have no problems, eg availability of hot water etc.

Staff were helpfull and friendly. Perfect location in city centre . Overall good . The living room was not very comfortable made you want to go out rather than stay in . Elevator was out broken however I would stay here again based on location and cleanliness .

Family weekend trip

Posted May 26, 2014
Very convenient location, 5 minutes to centre of Temple Bar area. Dart running two minutes walk from apartment, but not audible. Beds comfortable, except for the sofa bed, only required for sixth guest though! Only downside was the lack of working wifi. Code provided by staff but despite all efforts just wouldn't work-while not a major issue for us it did really annoy our teenage daughters!

Excellent location near Temple Bar

Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. Internet was very spotty. Got loud at night, especially on weekends, however you can't beat the location and space for the money.

Disappointing serviced apartment in Dublin

Posted May 4, 2014
Pros: Its location was excellent; walking distance to just about everything in Dublin.
Cons: On-site - in building - staff could reduce overnight noise, check rooms daily for smoking and 'abuse'....
Location: Its location was walking distance to just about everything in Dublin; Guiness Storehouse, Old Jameson Distillery, Trinity College, musems, restaurants
Arrived in Dublin after 17 hours of travel, wanting nothing more than a hot shower before heading out to explore in the late afternoon; but had no hot water. None. The water was glacial. The water tank's on an overnight timer, and we would have had to wait 2 hours for warm-ish water. Another bathroom surprise; the serviced apartment provided, dishes, bed linens, and towels, but - to our surprise - not toilet paper. Good thing we always carry tissues when travelling... The phone didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, the tv only worked once, and even the corkscrew was broken. All the furnishings were run-down (ripped & torn sofas, stained chairs), which was sad as someone seemed to have spent money on furnishings at some point. We'd emailed to double-check that it was a non-smoking apartment, but it reeked of smoke so we had to leave the windows open. This became an issue at night with all the restaurants and bars on the Millennium Walk just below our window... The 'front desk' was in another building, so there was no one to keep noise/parties in check at 0300 after the bars & pubs closed; we were woken up every single night by parties in rooms or by partiers coming back to their rooms.
