Tutte le promesse mantenute.Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: sistemazione, servizi, confort, posizione

Everything is a 20 min walk awayPosted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: location and it was clean
Cons: make sure the rooms have everything before the guests move in.
Location: Lots to do near by. All in walking distance.
we stayed in the 3 bedroom flat. However, we thought we were getting 2 bathrooms as we had 6 adults there for a couple of nights. Was difficult with the schedule! Rooms were very clean. Kitchen had most things, whatever was missing they produced very quickly. The fire alarm in the kitchen kept going off when we made toast in the morning..... You can only imagine the noise when we cooked dinner! Staff were, for the most part, very friendly. We had a person in a wheel chair. The whole building is wheel chair accessible. Sofa in the living room was BAD.... So we didn't use it.

Buon 1* Compleanno NipotePosted Jan 16, 2015

Pros: its location
Cons: a bigger TV, a second bathroom, cleaning of the common areas e.g corridors etc,,,
Location: the hotel is in the liberties and near a lot of attractions like Temple bar, Jameson, guinness etc,,
we wanted an apartment near the city centre and thats exactly what we got,,every thing was within walking distance or for longer journeys we were near the luas or DART station so we could get public transport

Good experience but could easily have been great.Posted Jan 1, 2015
The hotel is in a decent location for the price and was surprisingly spacious for 6 of us. It was really helpful to have a dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities within the apartment. I would stay here again and would recommend it but it would be with some caveats. There are a few simple and cheap ways the overall experience could have been improved no end. Firstly, the staff could do what they say they are going to do. For example, bring up a travel cot in five minutes, like they said, not in five hours when we have an over tired toddler on our hands. They could also fix a few items that we reported to them such as missing light bulbs and a freezer which is so jammed up with frost none of the doors opened. It also could do with additional items to make life easier. For example, lamps. The lighting was awful. I saw lamps in other apartments so I assume it was hit or miss whether you had one or not. The kitchen was ok but sparse and a little odd. There was only one knife (a bread knife), one huge saucepan, one egg cup (!), no chopping board and no sink plug. The fire alarm also went off if we made toast. The apartment suited the six of us but it had a little of the modern Fawlty Towers about it.
