Nicely located hotel in downtown DublinPosted Jul 13, 2014
Nice hotel, just a few walkable blocks from the airport bus drop-off. From there everything in downtown Dublin was walkable, including links to Tour buses. Lots of restaurants and active nightlife. Temple Bar District is fun and active.

Nice hotel. Central to all the Nats and clubsPosted Jul 11, 2014
Great staff, convenient for the lovely bars and clubs. Couldn't access wifi, if that's a huge problem for some?

Nice place great spot...Posted Jul 1, 2014
Location: Great location, close to bus stops for tours... walking distance to mostly everything
If you want to stay right in the middle of the busy bar area then this is a great place. Was very comfortable and close to everything, can walk everywhere from here. If you're not interested in the pubs then you might prefer somewhere quieter. Nice room, great size and very clean. However we had a room facing the alley and had someone out there throwing up every night... meh. Also most of the restaurants close around 9pm so not much available if you eat late.

Excellent location, good rooms, but can improvePosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Location, rooms, staff, breakfast were all excellent.
Cons: Ask guests if they would like to provide a credit card on check-in!
This hotel really is well situated to visit and party in Dublin, right in the middle of Temple Bar, and a short walk from excellent restaurants and tourist attractions. Not the place to go for a quiet evening, and the partying goes on into the night. There is a convenient car park nearby. Annoyingly, we were asked to pay cash for breakfast and bar drinks, as no-one had thought to invite us to provide a credit card on check-in. Also, the quiet bar in the hotel closes early, so a late drink had to be in the very loud bar next door, which was very friendly, but packed. Excellent rooms, comfy beds, and everything spotless.

we had a great stay in the centre of townPosted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: it is relaxed but also very great on the small details like the umbrella which l have not seen at another hotel good in dublin as it often rains!!
Cons: to have ipad to use in your room even if they have to charge a small charge as they are so cheap about the same a TV set now.
Location: the location is the best thing when you are a tourist then it is good postion. Transport is good airport and tour bus stop very close by.
nice welcome even though we were early they looked after our bags so we could start our holiday and come back later to book in. We had showers for which umbrellas where there if we needed to use them which is a great idea. The city is the best for a short break and on our way home we planned our next visit and of cause staying the the temple Bar hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making our visit so great.

Good location, very noisyPosted May 31, 2014
The room I was in was clean but average for the cost. The room was in need of an update, especially the bathroom. The location is fantastic, you have multiple bars, restaurants etc at your doorstep plus walking distance to Trinity College and museums. The noise from the street is extreme. It's fine if you are out and therefore part of it but if you want to have an early night then you better bring good earplugs! A good hotel if you are planning a weekend of partying.

Central to everythingPosted May 30, 2014
Loved staying here! Close to the central shopping area and also all the bars. Stayed on the first floor, as long as you don't mind the live music playing next door, it's a good stay! The hotel staff were also lovely.

Can't get much closer to Temple Bar areaPosted May 5, 2014
Pros: Location to Temple Bar and Trinity College.
Cons: Give the rooms some TLC and perhaps one more wait staff/cook for the morning breakfast.
Location: Temple Bar, Trinity College, St Stephens Green, Grafton Street
The hotel was ok for the money. They rooms need a little TLC...but they were very clean. The breakfast was very good, and very reasonably priced...but try to avoid the rush time as the staff is very busy and food is gone almost as fast as they can bring it out. The staff was always doing there best to make you happy and assist in whatever you needed. Previous write-ups were true about Temple Bar noise...however, if you planned to be out until 1200-0100, then it won't bother you. The most noise actually came around 0830 in the morning when the street cleaners went by. Would I stay again...yes, if I didn't have family and wanted to be close to Temple Bar. If you're not into that scene, you can probably find something cheaper (and quieter) a few blocks away OR on the North side of the Liffy.
