great location

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: location, location
Location: plenty of bars & restaurants, sights to see, people to watch
we wanted a place where most things were within walking distance and we got it. The room was small but cosy, and apart from the noise from late night revellers from the street below was all good.

Nice hotel, great location

Posted Apr 15, 2014
The location was great. The hotel is nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was not overpriced. The room was nice, nothing special, but suited our needs and was worth it for the location. We would stay here again.

Don't stay here.

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Smell.
Location: Temple bar is noisy but nice.
Unless you're very poor and find a rate that's very cheap, don't stay here. It smells. It smells like one of those tree-shaped car 'fresheners', freshly opened. The smell is somewere between bubble gum and ashtray. It's disgusting. The place is also old and noisy with the customer service of a youth hostel. Yuck. If you want to stay in Temple Bar, go to the Clarence!

Not worth the money...

Posted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Needs to be updated/renovated, need to hire friendlier staff.
Old, dirty, staff not friendly and noisy. Not worth the money I pad.

Perfectly, centrally located in Dublin.

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: The location was excellent and close to everything.
Cons: Eating arrangements, evening meals and snacks were advertised in the room menu but were not available.
Location: Next to the River Linney, and close to all tourist attractions Dublin has to offer.
It was a wet one from start to finish. That's it, I'm not writing a novel!

Ideal base to explore Dublin

Posted Mar 28, 2014
The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The hotel has all the amenities for a city break. Was concerned by the ajoining bar and club but didn't hear a thing and slept well in the comfortable bed. Would stay there again.
