“Excellent hotel, highly recommend”

The belvedere hotel, parnell square was a perfect location for a city break, situated just north of O'Connell St. Easy to find and just minutes walk away from shopping central, many bars, restaurants just round the corner, yet once in the hotel you foget how close you are to the centre, piece and quiet. Rooms were spotless, reception staff very helpful, bar was cosy with friendly staff, good food also.

“The Belvedere in Dublin”

Staff very helpful. The morning I checked in (10 am) I was immediately offered a room by Tony who was at the desk. The room was a family room and as I was traveling alone I had more than enough room. The hotel pub is a good starting point for a night out and draws a pretty good crowd especially when a football match is showing on the large screen TV.

“Good value/Good location”

I would highly recommend the Belvedere Hotel. I had a twin room which was a very nice size, clean room/bathroom. Location was near the centre but far enough so that you are away from the city centre noise & its about a 10 minute walk to tesco/aldi/lidl which is handy.

“Affordable, nice, convenient hotel”

Hotel was located conveniently in Parnell Square within a decent walking distance of all sights in Dublin. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. We had to open the window to get some fresh air, which made it kind of noisy due to the people and cars going by outside. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

“looked for comfort inn but name is now belvedere”

this hotel is very comfortable and very conveniently situated in central dublin city. i had difficulty in finding the hotel as i had booked to stay in comfort inn, gt denmark street but could not find it and at last found a sign, on the steps of the belvedere hotel, saying comfort inn. i had only one problem with my room and that was that in a non-smoking room, clearly labelled on the door, a previous guest had been smoking. i reported this to reception but the next night it was still a smoky room

“Staggering distance to pubs”

Had a bad room the first night but, after complaining, they put us in a very nice room for the rest of our stay. Excellent breakfasts and very short walking to the city centre.Great location.

“great base”

Hotel, clean warm, staff friendly and helpful.....rooms were excellent...A short walk into the hustle and busle of the city. only two small things id mention......didnt discover the immersion for hot water till last day, and a noisy club oposite......but amusing to watch......all in all, would go back there any time......

“Good Hotel”

Great budget hotel with clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Only drawback was location - not as central as anticipated, about 20 mins walk to centre of Dublin but plenty of cabs to hand and lots of bars, eating places within walking distance.

“Some problems, but overall - decent stay.”

We stayed here for four nights. The room was too hot and thermostat did not work. Also, there was no Internet connection in the room. Other that that - good value for the price.
