Excellent locationPosted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Bathroom not 5 star. Could do with some TLC.
Location: Right by Grafton Street. 10 minutes to Temple Bar.
Great location. Close to shopping and 10 minute walk to Temple Bar. I would rate as 4 star as our room needed some TLC in the bathroom but overall very nice.

Wonderful hotelPosted Oct 14, 2014
Cons: Nothing obvious to me.
Location: Perfect location for touring the city whether on foot or by bus. St Stephens park is opposite the hotel and is a lovely place in which to take a strol
We stayed at the Fitzwilliam for two nights and it was wonderful. The location is ideal for touring the city and the staff are outstanding, especially the concierge personnel for whom nothing is too much trouble, including recommending good places to eat even though the hotel has its own restaurant. On one night we did eat at the 'in house' Citron restaurant and this was exceptional without being too expensive. If/when we return to Dublin I'm confident we'll go back to the Fitzwilliam. Rooms in the hotel are furnished to a high standard and are very comfortable, ours had a lovely view of the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet.

Pros: Location, room, staff. Perfect place to stay to see Dublin.
Location: All major atractions could be walked from here if you wanted or you could use the hop on hop off tourist bus. Near to shops, restaurants and bars.
This hotel lived up to expectations. Ideal location, comfortable spacious quiet room (superior queen). Staff were there to help and nothing was a too much trouble. Very good plentiful and varied breakfast. We would stay here again and are quite happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Warm wonderful Dublin HotelPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The extra touches like flowers and fruit were classy. The help we received about reccomendations for tours and restaurants was so helpful.
Cons: It was perfect in every way.
This amazing hotel more than matched our high expectations! The staff were wonderful and the charming hotel room which we stayed in for four days was lovely and well appointed. The location couldn't have been better. We would highly reccomend this hotel to family and friends who are fortunate to visit Dublin.

A fantastic hotelPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: It was beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location: The hotel is located opposite the beautiful St Stephens Park and within walking distance of many tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and pubs.
The hotel is situated so as to be within walking distance of many of the main tourist destinations, such as the Guinness Store House, the Jameson Distillary and the river. The shops and the famous Temple Bar District are also within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were all remarkably friendly and very helpful indeed. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and very comfortable stay in beautiful Dublin.

Great location and excellent staffPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Rooms, bar, breakfast, location.
Cons: See comment on showers
Location: The trm stop outside the door was great for getting to business meetings.
Just the one night stay. Comfortable but smallish room. Only criticism is that the lack of a thermostatically controlled shower meant going from freezing to scalding. Staff were absolutely superb, everywhere....front desk, concierge, bar. Will stay again of rates on offer are good.

sleek and centralPosted Sep 9, 2014
efficeient and smooth stay. Lovely to look out over St Stephen's green. Terrific full Irish breakfast which was very digestible. Comfortable and well run. 2 small points: water flow out of bathroom basin not good, and upholstery a little tired. Large visible strain on armchair front which could be removed - if not, it should be changed. A very good hotel nevertheless
