Warm wonderful Dublin Hotel

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The extra touches like flowers and fruit were classy. The help we received about reccomendations for tours and restaurants was so helpful.
Cons: It was perfect in every way.
This amazing hotel more than matched our high expectations! The staff were wonderful and the charming hotel room which we stayed in for four days was lovely and well appointed. The location couldn't have been better. We would highly reccomend this hotel to family and friends who are fortunate to visit Dublin.

A fantastic hotel

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: It was beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location: The hotel is located opposite the beautiful St Stephens Park and within walking distance of many tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and pubs.
The hotel is situated so as to be within walking distance of many of the main tourist destinations, such as the Guinness Store House, the Jameson Distillary and the river. The shops and the famous Temple Bar District are also within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were all remarkably friendly and very helpful indeed. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and very comfortable stay in beautiful Dublin.

Great location and excellent staff

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Rooms, bar, breakfast, location.
Cons: See comment on showers
Location: The trm stop outside the door was great for getting to business meetings.
Just the one night stay. Comfortable but smallish room. Only criticism is that the lack of a thermostatically controlled shower meant going from freezing to scalding. Staff were absolutely superb, everywhere....front desk, concierge, bar. Will stay again of rates on offer are good.

sleek and central

efficeient and smooth stay. Lovely to look out over St Stephen's green. Terrific full Irish breakfast which was very digestible. Comfortable and well run. 2 small points: water flow out of bathroom basin not good, and upholstery a little tired. Large visible strain on armchair front which could be removed - if not, it should be changed. A very good hotel nevertheless

No walk in shower. Bug in the Bathroom. Had to ask for more bathroom products as only one shampoo etc, No welcome or interest in how our stay was from staff. Just another number!!

Great Location

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: I really loved the location.
I stayed here during a vacation. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere! You are about 1 block away from all the noise - but yet only 1 block from everything you need, including the pick up points for many of the tours. The hotel staff is wonderful - all of them. I also need a gluten free diet - and the breakfast was able to meet my needs as soon as I let them know they made a special plate for me.

Great hotel near Dublin's main attractions.

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Cons: A bit disappointed in the room this time...it was smaller than we usually are assigned.
This hotel is a favorite when we stay in Dublin. It's close to Graffton street, St Stephen's Grren, shopping, restaurants, and Temple Bar.

Nice hotel,good location

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location,decor,friendly and efficient staff
Cons: Visitors problems to be acted upon and solved right away.
There were problems receiving incoming phone calls. The bed was too hard and the room too cold at night. Friday and Saturday night there was loud music from outside the hotel.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with something to suit everyone. The staff at breakfast time and those in the bar were excellent.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Fab location with beautiful park across the road. Book of Kells within walking distance as well as lots of shops, cafes and pubs.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of lots of interesting sites, great shopping, touristy pubs and traditional pubs, as well as a variety of places to eat. The open top bus tours are well worth the cost and a fantastic way to see the city. Dublin is a beautiful, friendly city.
