Good Hotel for Short Term Stay

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Grand setting, good overall facilities, good choices of food/amenities.
Cons: Better facilities, bathroom floor very slippery, arcane shower controls, power points near bed for phone recharging, uneven wifi signal through hotel.
Location: Close to all central locations.
Good centrally located hotel, needs a bit of modern touch and upgrade. Expensive breakfast option. Good wifi through the hotel but uneven signal. More power points needed in the room for smartphone/tablet recharge.

Very central

Lovely hotel. Rooms can be quite far from the reception The front desk staff were rather clinical and sadly as it was our First day in Ireland and the hotel was on the high end, the much awaited Irish hospitality did not come through. One night the staff was bordering on extreme rudeness and made our experience very distressful

Adequate

Pros: Location is very good in the center of O Connell St in Dublin
Cons: The parking facility is at the back of the Hotel and you have to go to the front desk to get access after 11pm
Location: Location is Excellent right in the Hub of Dublin shopping,Bars, Restaurants Parking could be improved
We Stayed at this Hotel for 10 Nights, Staff were very nice We had to report a lack of cleaning in the room The bed head board was covered in a lair of Dust A lot of dust on table legs, Food at the hotel was good Parking is very expensive @ 15.50 EU per day However they did change it to 10.00 EU when I complained

Pros: The Gresham is in a good position for exploring the city overall cleanliness is good and the rooms spacious food and drinks rather expensive in house
Cons: minor maintenance tasks
Location: Location is excellent walking distance to Temple bar ,Museums and Shopping areas
Fair Hotel with some minor issues such as the bath shower control did not work leaving it very hot and a pipe outside our room was not fixed to the wall that banged against the outer wall in the wind
