“Luxury and comfort not to be missed”
Terrific hotel and service. The decor certainly clashes with traditional Galway, but appropriately situated only a short walk (10-15 minutes) from downtown. The breakfast (included in our rate) is not to be missed!
“Very Nice”
This is a very comfortable place to stay. It is quiet and yet in the heart of Dublin. It is very easy to get to any restaurant or attraction that you may be interested in visiting. The room was top quality as was the service. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.
“Would definately go back.”
The hotel was very well appointed..very attractive and comfortable. They supplied a light breakfast for no charge if you did not have the buffet included in your room fee. Concierge was very informative and helpful. The only criticism occurred on our arrival. We had taken a night flight to Dublin and arrived at the hotel very tired. The doorman was not at his post and we had to drag our suitcases up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. They were apologetic but we felt that should not happen at a 5 star hotel. Everything else went very smoothly. Every subsequent morning we saw a doorman..must have been a quirk.
“Very enjoyable Stay”
very comfortable and suitably located hotel with great service would stay there again and recommend in a heartbeat!
“You should stay at the Westbury!!”
What a lovely hotel!! The lobby was so warm and everyone was helpful and kind. The room was clean and had amenities, such as a coffee and tea maker and a hair dryer. They have different electrical outlets for American and European appliances. The location was wonderful for the shopping on Grafton Street, restaurants galore, and even walks to tourist attractions like St. Stephen's Green and Trinity College. And yet it was on a quiet side street. Can't wait to go back!!
“Great location”
High end property in the midst of Dublin. Beautifully furnished rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Bus from airport drops you off about a block away.
“Dublin's Best”
The Westbury is a great hotel in Dublin. It has a great location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and is well-kept. We were able to walk to many sites of interest and were close to many places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.
“Perfect Location”
Clean modern hotel, service was incredible and the location was perfect...right on Grafton Street within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Temple Bar, Trinity College, St. Stephen's Green and many more attractions. Would stay there again without question.
“Dublin's best hotel, book well in advance.”
a wonderful place to stay. in the heart of dublin with easy access to theater, pubs, food, shopping etc... the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. i left my passport and money in th eroom when i checked out and returned to find housekeeping had it all accounted for and were trying to contact me. in the future, while in dublin i will stay nowhere else.
“Westbury; par excellence”
Had 5 nights at the Westbury during a recent trip tp Ireland and Dublin. The hotel staff and presentation of the room was as expected for a 5 star hotel. A great location to explore Dublin historically and also from a retail shoppingviewpoint. Helpful directions and advice from all staff members from the front desk to the doorman. The only downside if you are self drive is that it is a difficult hotel location to find or describe. We managed to enroll a taxi and followed it to the Hotel, again thankyou for the Irish hospitality. Another Guinness anyone??
