Dining
The Exchange - Decorated in Art Deco style, this light-filled restaurant serves Irish and international dishes for lunch and dinner. It has a popular Sunday jazz brunch. Guests can also take breakfast here.
The Atrium - This soaring, glass-ceilinged space in the center of the hotel has marble floors, a bar, and a selection of sofas and armchairs among the palm trees. Afternoon tea is served here and complimentary newspapers are available.
The Mint Bar - Downstairs from the lobby, the Mint Bar was the vault in this former bank building. The original vaulted ceiling and slate floor remain, and dark wooden paneling surrounds the central bar. A light lunch menu is offered. Black-and-white photos on the walls show how the room looked in its banking days.

“very impressed”
Found all aspects of this hotel to be extrememly satisfactory. The staff were all very friendly and polite and our room was excellent.
“Perfect place to see Dublin”
When we go back to Dublin we will stay here. Hotel was very clean & quiet. Close to bus stops & walking distance to all of the shopping, dining & pubs that Dublin can offer.
“Dublin Westin”
Great comfort, but services were expensive.
“Would stay here again”
The location is great -- it is really close to everything. The staff is very helpful and nice. We wanted to go see a soccer match while we were in Dublin and they helped us get tickets and gave us directions to the stadium as well as telling us how early to go. The room was very clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again.
“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel, conveniently located.
“Perfect Location, Beautiful Hotel”
This hotel is very centrally located in Dublin. From the Westin, you can walk virtually everywhere, including Trinity College, Grafton Street, Temple Bar, O'Connell Street and the banks of the Liffey. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff is extremely friendly and eager to please.
“Wonderful experience”
we arrived early and the staff promptly & graciously readied our room in short order. they we very helpful, providing us information and maps of the area. made helpful suggestions about the local area. all employees of the hotel were polite, helpful and always accommodating and friendly. it was a very good and memorable experience. would love to return there.
“A little Trinity of its own..”
Our overall hotel experience was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Location was perfect, we had hired a car and did not need it at all for any of the city sights as everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel has a fantastic lounge area and a good bar that played jazz on the Sat night. Our overall experience was fantastic.
“Excellent customer service”
The Westin's customer service was excellent. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and attentive. Requests were handled with amazing responsiveness. The public areas of the hotel were beautiful and luxurious. Only thing to complain about -- and this just a little -- was that our room was rather gloomy due to unusually small windows. Also, we were situated on a low floor in the rear of the building, which was probably a benefit in regards to street noise, but had us looking directly into an office building. Definietly recommend asking for a room on a high floor at this hotel. The central location of this hotel is wonderful for walking to most of Dublin's city center tourist hot spots. One downside is that the surrounding neighborhood really caters to the touurist trade so you get incredibly high prices on everything and not a very good sense of the "real Dublin."
“Location! Location! Location!”
The location of the Westin at College Green is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of what is great about Dublin. A short stroll to Grafton Street or cross the River Liffey and literally next door to Trinity College and the Book of Kells and the wonderful Temple Bar. Great room, great service...what else could you possibly ask for.

Temple Bar - Dublin Castle, Dublin, Ireland: This small enclave by the river was developed into Dublins Cultural Quarter in the 1980s, and soon became the citys nightlife centre. Temple Bar is still devoted to eating, drinking, entertainment, and shopping. By day, its an arty alternative hangout; by night, groups of partying tourists make it a rowdier haunt. Near the famous Hapenny Bridge, Merchants Arch retains some of the areas atmosphere from a century or so ago.
