Lovely Hotel in a great location.....Posted Sep 9, 2014
The hotel is quirky upscale. From the hotel you are near Grafton street. Near the Bus lines. Near a couple of nice out of the way pubs.

Good room but rest of the hotel a bit tiredPosted Sep 1, 2014
This is quite an expensive hotel, so I had quite high expectations. The hotel was quite dark in general, especially the room, some more natural light would be good, although the dining room for breakfast was nice. We arrived quite late (Around 11pm) and the only food we could order at the bar was an overpriced pizza which had clearly come straight out of the freezer. The room was comfortable with a good bed. When we were checking out there were people lying asleep on the sofas in the lobby which was a bit strange.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful Facilities excellent
Location: Brilliant location . Plenty to do near by. Found all things of interest were close by or within Close proximity
As above our experience was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and one of your receptionist told us of places of interest and how to get to the and directed us to the best shopping area. Sorry I didn't get her name. All the receptionist we met were very friendly and helpful.

Location: Great location, easy to get to from Dublin Port, walking distance to just about everything
Three night stay at this excellent hotel close to the centre of Dublin. All staff were courteous, friendly and performed their jobs very well. Breakfast was excellent, the room very comfortable, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a 7 night stay at this hotel. It's in a prime location for those looking to explore the city. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Friendly staff were always on top of things and the service was wonderful! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Trinity city stay.Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The way we were treated from the moment we arrived, nothing was to much trouble.
Cons: Everything can always be improved but from our experience there was nothing we could moan about.
Location: Sightseeing bus stops near by, plenty of shops, eating places, pubs, and if you take your time and look around there is plenty to see & do in Dublin.
Good location for shops, sightseeing buses, places to eat and drink. Poeple friendly & helpfull. Take your time and look around as there is plenty to see & do in Dublin.Buy a ticket and take the tours around the city by bus as you can just hop on & hop off at any of there many attraction bus stops. Also try the docks bus tour on the same ticket.

Great place!Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: The breakfast buffet was very good! The stafff were wonderful!
Cons: The level of noise caused by delivery trucks and the fire department. Request a room in the front!
Location: Was within walking distance to beautiful city of Dublin, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Great place, rooms were well appointed very clean and the staff were more than helpful and very friendly. I would definately stay again but next time would request a room away from the fire station, and loading docks. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions, bars and shopping district.

Second time staying here and would again!Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons: Only negative was the noise from the back of the hotel, next time would ask for room in the front. Delivery/fire trucks were loud.
Location: Temple Bar is close, lots of shopping, we were able to walk to Guinness factory, tons of pubs/restaurants, Trinity College - overall ideal location!
Location was key for us and this is very convenient for the centre of the city, everything we wanted to see/do was within walking distance. Shopping, Temple Bar, Guinness all close by. Staff were fantastic from front desk to the restaurant. Our room was very clean (not really large compared to Canadian hotel) but indeed comfortable. Weather was spectacular when we were there and we neglected to ask for air conditioning. Next time will ask for a room facing front as fire station is in the back and was a fair amount of noise, also early morning delivery trucks were quite loud from the back side of the hotel.

Great location in city centrePosted Jul 31, 2014
We arrived at the hotel with two bicycles on top of the car. It was not possible to park the car in the hotel car park however the concierge organised an alternative car park nearby for the same rate. We were disappointed at breakfast as the buffet had run out of eggs, bacon, sausages and although they did arrive, there was a substantial wait. The shower was not very powerful and the water leaked from under the shower door over bath. Beautiful hotel though!
