“A classy hotel”

What a find! The Bellevue is a fantastic hotel in a wonderful location just 10minutes walk from the old town in Dubrovnik. The views are spectacular and the service second to none. Beautiful indoor pool and spa and excellent breakfast. We upgraded to a room with a balcony, well worth it. I would certainly go back.

“Excellent hotel”

We stayed at Bellevue only 1 night, but we wish we could have stayed much longer. The hotel has just being refurbished to a high standard. Services and amenities are fantastic. The decoration is impressive and the view from our room was the best we could dream of. We used the SPA facilities and were fascinated by the view. We also tried the restaurant which didn't disappoint. Top class food and wine. The cocktails are also great. We can definitely recommend it this truly 5 star hotel.

“Simply Amazing”

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the Bellevue. The hotel was beatuiful, elegant and modern, yet had an old world charm that fit perfectly into the surroundings. It is built into a huge rock cliff that looks out onto the Sea. Spectacular views. My wife and I went there for 4 nights on our honeymoon, and were stunned by the hotel. The staff was verz attentive, but not overbearing. They upgraded our room for free, giving us a gorgeous balcony overlooking the private beach 8 stories below. We sat on our little porch and drank wine every night. The complimentary breakfast was ample and view tasty. Lots of local foods, but they also had eggs, sausage, bacon and the like for a hungry man. Most of the dinning space is on a porch that overlooks the sea, which was beautiful. Excellent dinner as well. The private beach was really beautiful and very secluded. A unique spot, that most of the other hotels in the area didnt have. It was a huge plus. Overall, an amazing experience. I would recommend to anyone going to the area. THe

“Can't Wait To Go Back”

The Bellvue sits on one of the most amazing spots in Croatia. We would definitely go back. To get to our room, we took a glass elevator down 5 floors from the Lobby, and could hear the waves crashing. Can't say enough. It's a real treat !

“Excellent - can't wait to go back”

The hotel is light and airy. The staff are very attentive (though not too much so) and always have a smile. During our 4 night stay it was my wife's birthday - they spotted this when we arrived from her passport and when we came back to the hotel on her birthday we found a vase of flowers and a small birthday cake in our room - nice thought and typical of their attention to detail. The rooms have a good sea view. The location is good - only 20 to 25 minutes walk from the old town (or a reasonably frequent bus service). Breakfasts were good, we did not try lunch or dinner as the menu looked a little expensive.

“A great experience”

A magical location with magnificent sea views - within easy walking distance of the old town yet away from the crowds. The staff were fantastic - very helpful and courteous but not at all intrusive. We recommend it without hesitation.

“Really Enjoyable Break”

The hotel facilities, service and staff were very good. As our visit was during October the indoor pool and spa area were ideal. I had read prior to our visit that the hotel was 800m from the 'old town', it's a little further than that, but a nice stroll none the less (downhill on the way there so uphill on the way back).

“Upgraded to a suite!”

Reading reviews, we were a little concerned about the walk to old town, but we were pleasantly surprised...it is only 10 minutes - with lovely views....although it's uphill on the way back. didn't feel uncomfortable at all with the neighborhood.

“Truly superb hotel”

We stayed at The Bellevue for 5 nights in May and could not fault it on anything. The position is great: away from the swarms of tourist in and around the Old Town, but only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the sights when you want them. Fabulous views, one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had, indoor infinity pool and it's own private beach. It was my birthday while we were there and they even brought a beautifully decorated and tasty birthday cake to our room - we hadn't mentioned it, so they must have just got the date from my passport. Those little touches really make a place. It's not cheap and we did get a good deal, but I will recommending The Bellevue to everyone I know.
