Pleasant accommodationPosted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: The accommodation is very pleasant, reasonably priced, very clean and the owner and her son are very helpful. The aircon is most welcome!
Cons: A lift would have been useful given that I was on the 2nd floor of a building which is already up a flight of steep steps.
Location: Hillside location above the 'Old Town' so not suitable for anyone with breathing or mobility difficulties. The Bugenvilla Restaurant is a must visit
Stayed in Cavtat for 3 days, as it was close to Dubrovnik Airport and I was biding time before catching an onward flight from Dubrovnik. I was very pleasantly surprised by this gorgeous little town and would actually come here for a holiday!

Dreadful placePosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Close to airport, and Cavtat lovely, though walk into town is down a poorly lit road.
Cons: Renew the decoration. Get rid of the smell.
Location: Cavtat lovely town.
Owner was pleasant and easy to deal with but apartment itself was grotty. Smelly room and towels, dilapidated, electric sockets not well attached to walls, narrow door meant getting case into room was a struggle. Expensive for the low quality. Cavtat itself was very nice.

great air conditioner to keep you coolPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Walk to downtown is a few steps away but you will need to navigate a steep hill. A restaurant and market is very close on the main road. Cavtat is a great town convenient to Dubrovnik without the big city crowds. Many beaches to satisfy anyone. Many restaurants in town. This pansion did not provide breakfast but gave us easy access to a kitchen which we shared with another couple. We had private bath with shower and an air conditioner that worked very well. Free internet and cable TV were also included. Payment must be in cash.

Marina (the owner) was very kind and helpful. Enjoyed our last night in Croatia watching the sunset over the beautiful town of Cavtat This town was a treasure so much easier and prettier than where we stayed in Dubrovnik and although a trip out of town would definitely stay there as driving around Dubrovnik was a nightmare

Basic and clean.Posted Sep 8, 2012
It was Ok although the room was very small with an attached tiny shower. We did not have our own balcony as specified.

A Croatian jewelPosted Jun 21, 2012
Pros: The help of Mrs Butijer
Cons: The hill we had to climb to get to it
Location: Great views
Clean and comfortable with excellent service and advice from Mrs Butijer. The towels could be larger and the sheets could've been changed but these are minor niggles and hardly worth mentioning. Mrs Butijer went out of her way to help, even arranging for our visit to Cilipi.
