Bright and modern apartment, good locationPosted Oct 6, 2013
We had helpful advice from the manager about reaching the apartment and found it very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Our stay was at the end of September and the temperature was very pleasant and we slept well. We had a view of the sea and a nice balcony. We were originally slightly concerned about the location as it was some distance from the old town of Dubrovnik. However, it turned out to be a good choice as number 6 bus runs every 10 minutes from the bus stop and it was only 15 minutes ride into town. The same bus takes you down near the quay where the ferry goes to Mijet. It was nice to withdraw to the more relaxed location at the end of the day and there are nice beaches, promenade and restaurants within about 10 minutes walk of the apartment.

Beautiful viewPosted Aug 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
We made a last minute booking with Pervanovo Apartments and could not have been happier with our stay. We had an apartment (deluxe apartment) on the top floor overlooking the water - absolutely stunning views from both the bedroom and living room! The apartment was very tastefully decorated, modern, spotlessly clean (even better than in the pictures!) and equipped with everything one could possibly need (the washing machine was especially nice to have!). While we did not visit the beach during our visit, Copacabana is just a hop, skip and a jump from the apartments. Very lovely neighborhood with a small market located at the bottom of the street. We had a car so we were able to drive in to Old Town (15 min drive ~ 5.5 km) but also noticed that there is a bus stop nearby that takes you directly in (Bus line #6). We would without hesitation recommend Pervanovo Apartments to others!

Great value for money. HUGE, SPACIOUS apartments. Is located a little far from OLD TOWN which was the primary "hangout place" in Dubrovnik. However, its convenient to many other places ...Had a grocery store near by. Overall VERY satisfied

Pros: The views from the balcony
Location: Nearest to Babin Kuk restaurants. 10 min walk to tourist strip. 15 min bus to Dubrovnik old city. Some hills & steps for those less able to consider.
Luxury apartments in a perfect location with friendly & helpful staff. It's self catering and you get one clean per week. Only a short walk for the No 6 bus to the old city and you are there in 15 mins. All amenities included and the views from the balconies are superb. Highly recommend these apartments.

Relaxing holiday venue.Posted Jun 15, 2013
Pros: Location. Short walk to an excellent beach and equally short walk to shops & restaurants. Frequent bus service to Dubrovnik old town.
Cons: The cooker hob!
Location: Small group of appartments within an area with many camp sites. Situated on a wooded bay a few miles from Dubrovnik.
This was a lovely appartment with beautiful views and very clean and presentable and well equipped. We had a few hiccoughs with appliances, mainly because of a lack of english instructions, but the appartment manager -Anna- was extremely helpful and patient.

Self catering apartments of a very high standardPosted Jun 15, 2013
The accommodation is of an exceptionally high standard and offers great value for money. Rooms were spacious, apartment was very clean and was equipped with all the utensils we needed for our stay. It's in a good location for getting about in Dubrovnik. There is a small supermarket on site. A larger one you can find a 10 minute walk away. The nearest beach called Copacobana is a 10 to 15 minutes walk. It's a pebbly beach but you can hire sun loungers for 30 kuna per day. The bus stop into the old town is also a 10 minute walk away. You take the bus number six and it stops at the main gates to the city entrance and is this is around a 15 minute journey. Very quick. The location of these apartments is in a very quiet area but you can get around very easily and it's very convenient. The staff here are absolutely amazing, so welcoming, and willing to do just about anything to make your stay perfect. Special thanks goes out to Anna who was on reception most of the time we were there and couldn't have been more helpful! Overall we were extremely happy with our accommodation and with the service provided. Dubrovnik is a very beautiful place to visit with lots to see lots of good food to eat. I will definitely be returning!
