Quiet and clean

A bit far for walking to the public transport. Wifi is not even free for such a considerable room rate. The sauna room is not user-friendly designed. The reception is cold and gives a rigid impression. The hotel resto is good. The bed is nice and the room looks new and clean.

praktisch, sofern auch Veranstaltungsort

Pros: Die Zimmer und Veranstatlungsräume sind sehr gut.
Cons: Das Essen war leider durchschnittliches Catering.
Location: Im Gewerbegebiet. Spazieren gehen am Rhein ist sehr gut machbar.
Das Seminar war im gleichen Hotel, daher sehr praktisch. Flughafen-nah, jedoch nicht soo gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Good location, terrible hotel.

Pros: Good location
Cons: The entire hotel is overdue for redevelopment.
Location: good location
With colleagues, we had 4 rooms at the hotel. Everyone was unhappy with the rooms. Single beds, poor showers, terrible mattresses. Hotel dates back to 1972 and it shows. Very tired.

Yes, there are different categories and generations of rooms in the house and the house was opened in the 70's. Since then a lot has changed and various renovations carried out. Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry, you didn't feel at home in our hotel. You are right, the hotel was built in the 70th. We just finished to renovate 4 floors in our house. The new designed comfort class rooms are equipped with a double bed with boxspring mattressses, the bathrooms have a rainshower and everthing a guest would expect nowadays. Ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke und Hand-/Badetücher für eine Person. Frühstück wurde bei Reservierung für 2 Personen vorgemerkt. Beim betreten vom Speisesaal sagte die Dame es wäre nur eine Person vorgemerkt. Diese Probleme sollten bei ihnen nicht vorkommen.

hotel classe,personnel très aimable et serviable.les chambres sont de très bon standing et d'une propreté irréprochable.Nous avons passé une excellente nuit.Un seul (tout petit ) bémol:ils ne parlent pas français.
