Mercure Hotel Duesseldorf Neuss

The hotel is clean and quite but looking a little tired, for a 4 star hotel they have no fridge, tea/coffee making facilities or AC and in the summer the rooms can become very hot

Overall pleasant, large clean rooms, good breakfast free for children.

Little smelted (old carpet?), but cheap and good food. With auto - not problem with location.

Everything was perfect.

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant, gas station and a big shopping market is within walking distance. There's no air conditioning. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Good, clean hotel, but as I did not have own transport had to rely on public transport to get into Dusseldorf city centre. Took about 30 to 40 mins. Food at hotel was great and service good too, all spoke English very well. Rooms very clean and tidy, could have done with more pillows and a bit more firmer. Overall satisfied, but location for me was a bit of a downer.

Nice hotel in a nice quiet area, but I should of checked the location a bit more as further away from the area in Neus I needed to be. Room was nice, towels were like sand paper though and the bathroom though modern was very plasticy and felt/looked cheap.

Hotel does not look like much, as far as the building itself is concerned. 1970ies building, not particularly appealing if you're into architecture. However, all the facilities and the rooms themselves are of a high standard. Neighbourhood is quiet, service was good. Restaurant was good as well - very good value for money.
