It was OK.
at the convenience place. in overall it was pleasing with the price. Lady who works at the hotel was Very helpful and kind. but the elevator was out of order so we had to bring all the luggages to upstairs.

There are few rooms very close to the elevator and it’s terrible. Few rooms are very small, but designated like double room. And also alarm on few rooms was very close to door knob, so sometimes it can turn on false alarm. Cleaning was almost every day, good stuff at reception

Hotellet är mycket dåligt, under renovering som skrevs inte på själva sidan lukten av färg är inuti, det finns inget bra mottagande .. känns inte säkert .. rummet jag fick luktade smaklös, så jag avbröt bokningen och väntade på pengarna tillbaka.

Small, efficient. Very nice for the price. Easily accessible to all transportation. Continental breakfast included was always fresh and nice variety of items. Still had some of the older German charm. Kind of noisy occasionally at night, but folks were celebrating the holidays. So acceptable.

Good location. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean but small for two persons and not comfortable. Uncomfortable pillows. Good breakfast, although no dishes and empty food shelves sometimes.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Location was within walking distance of Central Train Station and about 20 mins walk from shopping area and 30 mins from Old Town. Quiet and peaceful area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we checked in after 11pm and were given a warm welcome. Our room was small but we didnt spend much time there, also a kettle and a fridge would have been handy but the room and en suite were extremely clean and cleaned daily. The hotel is in a quiet street with excellent transport links but also a walk away from the city centre. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price. Breakfast is an option. There are a few cafes / bars across the road, not far at all and a supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Carpet room and previous guest seem to have smoked there, it was ok after opening the window. Very friendly and dedicated staff with comfortable beds.

My stay was very enjoyable. The queen size room that fit two people was very small, but it was clean. Towels were changed daily and the reception staff were lovely! The pillows are very thin, so we asked for another and had a good night sleep. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the hauptbahnhof and then the same to Königsalle, the main shopping street. We had breakfast one morning which was good and cheaper if you book before the day.

A good hotel to stay at
A good hotel to stay at for a few days. Yes the hotel is old and you can hear the people next dorr to you. On the plus side its a hotel with a lift, a 20min walk to city centre and close to public transport. Has a decent breakfast, sometimes with scramble egg. Its close to a range of good resturants like Brewery Schumacher (you will never not get enough local Alt beer there, they like to keep you topped up), if you want a german meal. Otherwise go to the japanese district, a 20min walk away to try japanese. No tea/coffee in room but hotel is next door to some realy good cafes. One is vegen with soya coffee and vegan cakes. The other is a late night bar/cafe. So you can always find a good coffee and cake or just bring a travel mug with you and your own tea/coffee. Overall would recommend this place, if you are on a budget and just need a good decent hotel to stay. While your in the city and your spending most of it, like any tourist would, exploring the place rather than in your room all day.

The good part about the hotel is the friendly staff and being close to the train station. Sadly there were many negatives like the fact that I didn’t get a good night sleep because my pillow was too lumpy and mattress too firm. Also there was no point having cable tv when most of their channels were blocked. And finally instead of a key card I could easily slip in my wallet they gave me a bulky key to stick in my pocket.
