Clean and spacious
Spacious, clean rooms. Easy, friendly check in. I felt save during Corona travels. The breakfast to go is plenty of fresh food and very convenient.

Very good option for Dusseldorf airport overnight
Good hotel. Very good option for airport overnight. You should highlight your Gym, this is the argument that convinced me to book your hotel.

We stayed with 7 friends whilst on a trip to the Essen Spiel. The room was clean, but lacked a kettle at first which was soon rectified. We didn't have food at the hotel. Parking was limited and even though there is an underground car park for the hotel as we hadn't reserved a space, we were not allowed to use it.

The hotel staff were excellent, the rooms very clean and the bar served the best burger I have ever had. My only small gripe was that for me the mattress was not the most comfortable

The gym was nice shame the steam room wasn’t working... room was fine, bathroom nice, comfortable, good food... but the WiFi is way too slow, and would put me off returning. A decent stable fast internet speed is essential not a ‘nice to have’

Fine hotel near airport without free shuttle
It was a very fine hotel. I stayed one night prior to a flight from Dusseldorf airport. It seemed to me that this hotel is kind of a higher class business hotel but was already a little older. Upper floors were business rooms and one needed a key to get there with the elevator, which I didn't have. I could imagine that they were recently remodeled. No free shuttle to the airport, so this is a disadvantage. Room was clean, had a TV, and a bath tube. Shower was nice and strong. Strangely, the trash cans did not have a trash bag in it, they were, however, clean and empty.

The hotel lacks any positive surprise to the guest, but is rather outdated in terms of equipment, and the staff -at least during my stay- was not attentive. For example, the room phone did not work, and the heating in the room was turned off on a cold winter day, and for check in I had to wait long until a phone call by the single desk lady had finished... ...yet, the staff did not feel the need to at least give us a “sorry for that...”. The bathroom is very simple, and overall this hotel does not have the appeal one expects to feel when staying in a 4 star place.

Hotel is short cab from the airport and near an industrial park where my client is. Staff is very helpful and everything was very clean. Bed was little hard and only had a comforter, so you either have no covers or a heavy cover.

The Lobby agent is a cheater !!
The lobby staff is not a professional . He works with a taxi drivers who are a real gangsters . Was really disappointed how these type of taxi drivers.

Stayed here for one night prior to travel from the Düsseldorf airport. There is good parking underground. In the hotel, however, there is chaos. The hotel is under construction and it is difficult to recognize the photos on expedia. We arrived at night and it was impossible to find the entrance due to a maze of tents and portable buildings. We were given a card identifying were to report to catch the hotel shuttle upon our return. The next morning we learned there is no shuttle and we would need to pay a for a taxis to their airport! Desk clerk didn't have answers and didn't want to hear about it. The rooms are not air conditioned and we stayed on an upper floor. With the windows open, it was very noisy. The beds were lumpy. In short, the car received better accommodations than we did. Live and learn.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Might as well have slept with no pillow cause the one I did have would deflate with the slightest pressure. Additionally, our only blanket did not even cover the entire width of the bed. Everything else was nice. The area is not for vacation. There are no restaurants in the area. This hotel is attached to LG/HP office building so it's intended for their travelers. If you want things to do, places to see and eat, stay in Dusseldorf city, not out here in Ratingen. Additionally, the wifi speeds were horrible. Less than 40kB/sec in the evening.

This is a nice hotel that I enjoyed staying at. My room was clean and comfortable. The room is better than many as it includes a digital safe, something not available at other so called four star hotels in the city I have stayed in. And as a bonus, the hotel has smokers rooms with ashtrays.

Actually quite surprised - hotel lobby is a little tired in terms of decor (marble & gold) but not run down by any stretch. Hallways looked like they were in need of a refresh, but the room was a pleasant surprise - newly renovated, clean, great bathroom, decent amenities. Really happy about it. Breakfast seemed expensive (€17) - did not try nor eat at the restaurant. Close to the airport and Düsseldorf.

We needed a place to stay before our flight the next day and this place was affordable and clean. More of a business type atmosphere than vacation place. The drive to the airport the next day was very short.

Excellent choice before an early flight. Nice clean room, close to the airport.Efficient, friendly staff, quick check-in. Free parking, onsite reatairant and bar. Close to residential area, shopping options within walkable distance.

Nice hotel and clean, a little out of the way as far as the city goes but got the bus to the Airport and train in central station. Get the Düsseldorf Card for unlimited travel on train or bus

Disappointing
We stayed in room 152 which was right above bar and restaurant entrance with outside seating. Could hear every word and clatter of every case being rolled into reception, even with window closed. With window open constant smoke came into the room and it was 32c! No air con I paid for internet and was doled out one card for one machine every 24 hours and was told if I want another I must pay. The internet turned off after about 30 mins and had to re-register very annoying. When are hotels going to realise internet is as essential as electricity when travelling? One man on reception was quite surly and did not want to be there! I checked out at 6.00am and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to pay. Not even remotely a 4 star

The people in the reception stephan was really helpful and good I would recommend anybody you want to visit Düsseldorf should stay with these guys Hotel can do bit on breakfast it is little bit expensive

Good value for your money
Very nice and new hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Typical airport surroundings (no pubs, stores etc.), but it was quiet and bus stop just around the corner. Ideal place to stay if you need to catch an early flight. You will have free Wifi in the lobby but not on the room! That is the only thing I think could be better...
