“this was one of the nicest rooms i've ever stayed in!”

The room was beautiful! It felt like a little apartment. It had a full size fridge, dishwasher, two stove top burners and microwave. Huge high def. t.v.! The room was brand new and very comfortable!

“last minute travel”

After reviewing several hotels in the Duluth area for I opted for the Marriott Residence Inn because it was a newer hotel and convenient to where we would be visiting. It worked out well. I would recommend the hotel for both short and long term stays. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable, clean and convenient.

we always stay at the residence inn when in Duluth.....the 2 bedroom suite works perfect for my family and it is always, clean, comfortable and very welcoming

This was a last minute stay but was pleasantly surprised room was huge and staff helpful

“Comfortable, but not as expected from Marriott”

Constuction activities created congestion in 1st floor hallways. Also there were strange odors in both elevators. Front Desk staff was stretched too thin -- took too long to check-in, and no one was available when we checked-out. Two bedroom suite with kitchenette was nice for over-night stay, but would have been a bit crowded for anything longer. Found one towel and one pillowcase with stains (possibly blood). Otherwise room appeared clean.
