I had hoped to check in early but they refused and the staff at the time wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. So I returned at check in time and had to stand out in the cold (in the 20’s) for an hour just to get checked in. I ended up catching a cold. I will say the staff during my check in process though, was much better and way more friendly than when I 1st got there. There should be an easier way for people to get checked in. That’s my only real complaint.

I booked a Pay at Hotel reservation at this location. The day of my reservation the front desk receptionist Nicole. She cancelled my room and my reservation after running my card with no notice. I called to have the situation explained further on why I’m being charged without any notice and I’m not at the hotel. I’m working a reason I specifically chose Pay at Hotel. She advised me that unfortunately there’s nothing she can do and that she had to process my card whether I was there or not because she gets off at 6. I was shocked that was even a response back. I was still trying to understand the situation because it’s not making any sense to me however, she then tells me it’s nothing she can do and there’s no room available after giving my room away. Mind you this is the day of the reservation so now I’m out of a room with no where to stay.. her lack of empathy and concernment was noticeable. You’re the first contact for the establishment and if she’s representing this hotel. I would suggest giving her tips regarding phone etiquette. She handled this with the least amount of respect. THANKFULLY I was able to get a hotel at a different location. I hope this helps future hotel goers.

Great place to stay on a budget! The bathroom door was difficult to shut as it got stuck and was not accessible (they had no elevator). The stairs were a little questionable. No bugs, relatively clean, and quiet. Not perfect, but no big complaints.

It was a cheap motel with bare bones appliances that you could tell was old. If you're on an extreme budget and want to be in suburban atlanta then i recommend. However, i would stay elsewhere if you can afford to splurge.

This hotel looks pretty nice from the outside. But on the inside, it's unclean. I have several pictures of food in the sink, trash on the floor, food and mildew growing inside the air conditioner blowing on my family all night. Bed sheets with pubic hair in them, towels with pubic hair on them. Roaches running across the floor. Walking up and down the aisle ways outside, it stinks. Smells like urine. My family had three people staying here for 3 days. We never got a change of towels. We went to the front and asked for them but the lady said they don't have any clean. I really wanted to love this place. It's really pretty from the outside. But I don't think I could recommend anyone staying here under the current conditions.

The property manager assumed my friend is Mexican and asked her what a word in Spanish was. There was a cockroach in our room as well as about 15 gnats. Cigarette holes in comforter and random stains in bathroom. Hair in sink and hair coils in towels. Rust-looking stove. Two beds one comforter. Dresser’s backing popped off. Two TVs but the one on the dresser was shattered? Door didn’t seal. Air conditioning unit vent broke into. Bug screen on outside of window was broken (half on/half off). One of the nightstand lights wouldn’t turn on. Pillows were comfy though.

Office staff isn't professional at all, indeed very much messy. Front desk clerk lied stating she didn't know about my service animals when I provided the proper paperwork. Place is ROACH INFESTED and they don't provide housekeeping. The place is horrible and I don't recommend to anyone!!

The hotel was filthy it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in months i killed multiple roaches the hallways smelled like pee and homeless people and crackheads all over the place the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

All three rooms we had were crawling with roaches, and the smoke smell was so horrible we could not even think of spending one night there, much less the three we were booked for. As we were leaving, a guy hanging out on the balcony said to us, "They don't wash the sheets here, so you know." Nice. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. Too bad, because the location near downtown Norcross is good.
