Hotel needs a remodel and unfortunately there was a tree of birds outside my bedroom window chirping and screeching all night. Not hotels fault but annoying
Very bad beds , it felt like sleeping on the floor . Rooms need updating , i stayed here when it was Days Inn a few months ago and it was bad . Nothing has change other then the name of the hotel , same owners still . Breakfast is horrible , warm apple juice and orange , they dont refill anything
The property was dated, had no usb charge ports and few open electrical outlets. We travel with our pets and the pet rooms were on the upper floor. The side door would not open with our room key which required re-entry through the lobby every time I walked the dog.

Great breakfast. My grandson loved making the Texas shaped waffles for everyone. Pool and hot tub easily accessible. Good for a one night stay on a long trip. Comfortable. Hear much noise in rooms located next to parking on first floor

Stopped to sleep while passing thru town. Got my 2 year old to bed and we ate take-out and watched netflix on the lobby couch. The king suite on 1st floor was roomy. Bed was comfortable enough. Thankful for the fridge. Property was very quiet on a Saturday night, which was great for sleep for all of us. Didn't use the pool area, but wanted to. Breakfast waffles were great with bananas. Dining room was clean. 2 desk attendants were helpful but Lainey (sp?) was super cheery, chatty and friendly. Deserves a raise!

Climate control was difficult to regulate. Wifi would not connect from our room. Phone on our night stand didn't work (desk clerk was sweet and offered to put us in another room). Location is convenient and can walk to good restaurants.

every thing about the hotel is great - good rooms, good price, good value for travelers- just a typical continental breakfast but ok to grab a quick light meal and hit the road

The Hotel and employees were very helpful, friendly. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, clean and everything we needed. The breakfast was good, simple but nice. The cookies were yummy, the pool nice, hot tub - great.

Needs work but clean rooms
Clean & comfortable but needs work. Curtains didn't close well, faucet in tub was wobbly- starting to come out of the wall, leaky, & the light flickered. Great staff & loved that there is a hot tub. But decent for what i paid to stay.

It was ok. The room & bathroom were clean No Kleenex in the room Tub was too high for a handicap person. need to have a walk-in alternative shower. Breakfast was disappointing. No hot food with the exception of waffle and warm up your sausage biscuit in a microwave. No scrambled eggs, sausages/ bacon or potatoes
We have stayed in many Days Inns across America never had food service like this except during Covid. And a dog on a leash was brought into the dining area!!!.
And our keys to our room and side entry didn’t work. The the person at the front desk said…This happens all the time!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. Everything is clean. Only complaint is the only hot thing for breakfast is waffles and there’s only one waffle maker.
Check-in was easy. Place is decently clean and outfitted. Your room card doesn't operate any exterior doors, so you must walk to the main entrance or prop open a door you intend to frequent when loading/unloading. Around 10:30 at night a few travelers were trying to enter our room. After a couple of attempts I finally answered the door and told them the room was occupied, to which they replied they were note aware as the front desk gave them cards to our room. Luckily I had the deadbolt and door stop enabled, so be sure to do these two things when in the room. I believe that had I not enabled these we would've had unwanted late night visitors.

I have spoken to the staff and they understand the safety issue. They assured me that they would be vigilant. I am not quite certain why the doors did not open for you. They were in working order. I reprogrammed them again and they are working well. I apologize once again that your experience was not up to our standards. We take great pride in our property and want every guest to have an exceptional stay.
