“It is what it is”

For the reviewer who said, it's not the Ritz, it's obviously not. If you want the Ritz, stay at the Ritz. For the cheap rate I paid, I was satisfied with the room. The bed spread and the bed itself definitely needs an update, but all sheets were clean and I had a good night's rest on a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water wasn't hard. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant during check in and check out. There's a small shopping strip right across the street with an IHOP. It's also right off the I-95 on a main road. You can't get more convenient than that.

“Good hotel”

“Get good directions”

I only said I wouldn't recommend because I don't make recommendations. I was just crashing there -- in at midnight; out at seven. It was difficult to find -- my GPS misinterpretted the street address. After driving around in an industrial area for awhile, I had it do a new search for lodging and it got me there.

“Not the Ritz but it did the job”

I was looking for a safe, clean location near DC while attending my daughter's college orientation weekend. I knew I would not be in the room very long each evening so I was not looking for additional amenities. The hotel is older (you can tell by the worn carpets outside the doors, etc.) but it was clean and safe and easily accessible from the highway. No elevators and no one to help carry luggage upstairs, continental breakfast was not very fresh or well stocked (basic cereal and milk, small packaged type muffins, bad coffee.) But the room was clean, the a/c worked great, no noise from surrounding area, safe and well lit in the evenings. It did the job.

“COME TO ME”

I was glad to stretch out on the large king size bed but my husband called it a 'come to me bed' when he laid his 240 lb body down and I rolled toward him. Well , other than that it was a welcomed stop.

“Would stay there again”

They staff was very pleasent and helpful. They rooms were clean and comfortable. Definetly a nice place to stay on a budget.

“Business trip to FPED VIII -”

Dont stay here unless you have to. Pretty beat up hotel musty smelling, need to be razed.

“Virginia”

The hotel wasn't bad pouring out when we got there but comfortable, not to many decent restaurants close to the hotel, but had all amenities, good if your passing through.
