Over Priced

Friendly staff & great food in the restaurant. Room was overpriced & in need of repair & a deep clean.

Cheap and clean

Avoid unless you have no other options

The room was musty and smelled moldy but was clean enough. TV is an old 27" tube television if that matters to you. The pub in the hotel had "live music" the first night we stayed and they were playing well past midnight quite loud with no regard for anyone staying in the hotel; the noise was very audible and annoying. Overall it was a place to sleep but that's it. I would avoid this location in favor of basically any other hotel/motel in the area unless you just absolutely need a place to sleep. At $108/night, 100% not worth it and will not be returning.

We are working on upgrades at this point in time that will see our rooms with fresh paint and carpets as well as flat screen tvs. We're sorry that you found the live music disturbing to your stay. We take pride in showcasing local bands on occasion and it is generally well received by locals and guests alike. We are most happy to accommodate guests that may be disturbed by the music to choose a room for them away from the pub area. We hope you will try us again and see the changes we have made to our rooms.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. All of the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.

Room smelled, stained bed spread

I would never stay there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it, except to someone I didn't like. It appears noy to have been updated since it was built, likely in the 70's

Room was rather dated, but comfortable enough. Clean except I had to ask for the carpet to be vaccumed. Pretty good restauruant. Very nice staff.

Central, close to arena

Hotel was ok but our room door and window were under/near a set of stairs. Providing no natural light and lots of foot traffic noise. Little much for two nights. Sheets In room were very thin and worn with small holes in them. No plug for tub. Top bed covers white but dirty looking. We booked with Expedia same day as friends (2other rooms) booked theirs and they got top floor/ bright rooms. Maybe we got the less desired because booked through Expedia!? Overall not the greatest room but restaurant staff/food and front desk staff were all great!

We have room types that are similar, some are on the top floor and some on the bottom, some face the courtyard and others face the back parking lot. We do not choose rooms based on how guests made their booking, but by which room type they had requested. Please feel free to request a room on the second floor the next time you book with us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a new shipment of linens coming in this week and we will ensure we replace any that are not up to standard. Thank you again for your comments.
