“Shame about the area”
A very nice hotel with good rooms and service but spoilt by the area. The only down side was the breakfast which was rather basic everything else about the hotel was good.
“clean and affordable”
This motel is in a very good location, within walking distance of Dunedin centre.The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned, in keeping with the style of the building, which has the feeling of a rest home that has been converted to a motel. The only real drawback was the TV being a small set, on top of the wardrobe, at right angle to the bed. Not a bad motel, but nothing that makes it stand out in any way.
