What more could you ask for

This was our first stay at the 97 Motel Moray, but it won't be our last. We will definitely stay at 97 Motel Moray the next time we're in Dunedin. We were there 2 nights (6 and 7 April) and our stay was outstanding. Besides being clean, comfortable and well equipped, the best attribute the motel has is its location. It's an easy walk to everything - the pubs, restaurants, entertainment, museums, shops, the train station and the university.

Very central motel. walking distance to major attractions and the stadium Great coffee across the street and spoilt for choice as far as restaurants go. I really liked the old school feel of the building.

Perfect location when visiting Dunedin

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: The loctiona and staff.
Cons: The only down side was hearing people moving about in the upstair rooms in the morning.
Location: Great shops and eating places near by. Best seafood chowder ever at the little cafe just down from the motel.
Wonderful helpful service experienced at check in and check out. Such a pleasure to have staff that are friendly and interested in the customer and prepared to go beyond the scope of their role to provide and give inforamtion to a visitor.

Nice quiet hotel

Posted Feb 14, 2015
Pros: Very convenient, quiet.
Close to the main centre of Dunedin, but still quiet for a good nights sleep. Stayed in the executive suite which was very comfortable, had a large bathroom with a very large shower and a spa bath.

Location: Octagon restaurants just around the corner.
Lovely room with plenty of space. Warm on a cold summers day. Good price for the room. Very clean. Free parking. Close to the centre of town

Bien situé, confortable mais vieillot

Hotel tres bien situé, en centre ville. Motel un peu "vielliot", mais confort largement suffisant
