Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: All were very good
Cons: No
Location: All in good locations ,well appointed and by shops, bars etc, and good transport links
During our stay in New Zealand we stayed at the following Bella Vista accomadations Hamilton, Franz Josif, Dunedin, all of these present very good value for money ,are clean and have good facillaties, we were particularly please with the welcome and service in Hamilton ,the manager went out of his way to be helpful and provided a great experience over and above what was expected.

Student and backpacker friendly, close to cricket.

Many in room facilities crammed into a small space. Location is fine if you are a student or off to watch cricket (as we were). We were warned about the extra noisy student pay day night noise which was well received. The whole area is scruffy and rubbish is strewn around the back area which borders a KFC. Friendly staff and helpful nature were a bonus in what is a basic, cheap motel on the outskirts of this city.

The rooms were extra small even though they were studio rooms they would have been the smallest of all the motels we stayed at

We will return!

Modern facilities that were conveniently located for those wanting accommodation in the university area and close to town. Our superior studio unit (ground floor) was clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom (great shower water pressure), comfortable queen-size bed. Free wireless was a real asset, though having to be allocated multiple 2 hour blocks was a slight inconvenience. However, you simply need to say what you need and you will be given another voucher for another 2 hours - get a couple at a time like I did. The service was very friendly!
