“Great experience”

The bedding was comfortable and clean. The room was nice. There was a desk chair that was gigantic and it was in the way a lot. A smaller one would be better. The hotel overall was very nice. Decorated nicely in the lobby and very open feeling. The breakfast was really good! My kids and I thought the pool and hot tub were awesome and towels for the pool were provided which was great. Overall I don't have any complaints at all. I would definitely stay again and recommend best western to anyone looking for a hotel.

Room had no windows to the outside. The window it had looked out on the lobby. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel. It was fine.

It was a very comfortable stay; the room amenties were excellent, the hotel is beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was very good, no complaints!

A wonderful stay. My granddaughter loved that she could swim in the middle of winter! We all enjoyed everything about the hotel.

some people had bad reviews. I had no problems on my stay. There was a severe rain storm which led to some rooms getting flooded, so maintenance was using loud vacuum cleaners at 12 midnight, but that is not really the hotel's fault. I would stay there again.

“Best Western Scranton East”

I stayed at this hotel after visiting Niagara Falls and heading into NYC the next day. It was the perfect place to stop and the room was great! I wish I would have had time to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi but got there late. Also, there is a nice bar area in the lobby to enjoy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing to complain about, stayed one night and everything was fine. Room was clean as was entire hotel, nice pool and very good buffet breakfast. Location was good right off main highways.

“Fancier hotel without a fancier price tag”

The front desk personnel was very very helpful. The breakfast was better than most. The rooms faced a kind of inner courtyard/atrium/lounge. The courtyard housed the pool, hot tub, etc in addition to seating. It was very lovely. However, the chlorine smell was intense. The rooms had a glass wall/window facing into the courtyard which meant that it was easy to hear whatever was going on outside the room, including kids squealing in the pool. This made it a little difficult for us to get to sleep but it was not a huge issue/deal breaker.
