The property is well-kept and close to many businesses. The only problem was that they didn't clean the rooms daily. They clean them every other day and we only stayed 2 days. Also, you could hear the people on top making a lot of noise.

The location is nice, close to town and shopping. I checked in on a Friday and there was a leak in the shower, which was close to the bed., annoying! It was not addressed until Monday. The shower area really needed some deep cleaning as there was mold along the floor. The shears need to be replaced, there were holes in them. I was shocked that there was a $10.00 a night parking fee, they do list this but I missed seeing it on the listing. The room was nice just not a place I would stay again and I have been coming to Durango for 18 years.
