“Clean, good location”

The hotel is clean, good location for a good price. I would stay there again.

“Excellent location, good value for money”

The best thing about this motel is its location, which is within easy walking distance of old downtown Durango and within steps of the Animas River Trail. Two supermarkets also in walking distance, and Durango Transit Center directly across the street. Room was nothing special - just a standard motel room, but was clean and comfortable. Wireless Internet worked fine. Would have liked a mini-fridge in the room, but overall very satisfactory accommodation.

I had an excellent stay here. It's walking distance to everything in downtown Durango and right by the creek. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have room service. I'll definitely stay here again.

“Durango walkability”

Decent hotel - older, as are almost all in Durango. Location is good, but no extras.

“economical & convenient”

Hotel is a convert from a chain I will not name. They allow pets and the charge is a reasonable $10=. Well located it is a one block walk to the downtown retail and restaurant area. The linens were good quality but the room carpet could use replacement.

“Close walk to town”

OK spot for one night stay in Durango. Walk a couple of blocks to the Historic town....great places to shop and eat. River runs behind the hotel (motel). Rooms were comfortable but nothing exciting. Very busy place so you need a reservation.

“Great Location”

Easy walk to Main St. shopping and to other attractions such as the Durango/Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and other tours. Also situated near access to the Animas River walking and biking trail.

“Would stay again”

Enjoyed our stay. Did not like being so close to the trafic and would have preffered a room farther back off the road. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would return. However, would ask to for a room more central to the hotel's set up rather than at the end.

“Durango”

Excellent location without being too pricey. Rooms were clean & water pressure in shower was great (usually a pet peeve for me!) Pool & exercise room looked good although we didn't have time to use it. Applebee's is connected to the hotel so food & beverage is no problem. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Durango.
