“Quite good”
We are students and we lived 4 people in one room, and still felt quite good! Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Frontdesk staff was very nice!
“A good place to stay.”
We found the motel clean and with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good central location for driving to attractions in the area. Our only (minor) complaint was the breakfast. It was a little light.

Second time staying here and highly recommend. Good value and within walking distance of the Durango Brewery.

It was a good hotel for this price. Staff was friendly, location was good. Breakfast was excellent.
“Wilderness Experience”
Durango is a quiet town with multiple adventures. The Trin ride fron Durango to Silverton... a Must. there are other wonderful adventures at a walk away. White water adventure, Soaring the trees...wondeful, if you like the outdoors, this is the best place to go. The town is very friendly and visitor concious.

Very reasonable price and very good room. Extremely clean, everything worked well and service was friendly and good.
“Mostly Satisfied”
This hotel was clean and the desk personel very friendly and knowledgeable about the layout of the town. The Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Also, the rooms are small and cramped. But overall for a night or two this would be a good hotel at which to stay.

Older but nice room very quiet location.

Room & service is good for price. My only concern but a big one is that there is virtually no sound proofing between rooms. Beakfast good and staff very helpful.
“cheap hotel”
If you want 5 stars stays somewhere else, if you just need a place to sleep this is your hotel, and the waffles for breakfast were really good.
