Expedia helped me get a decent price on Airline,car rental and hotel.The staff at the hotel were all courtious,helpful,they pointed out the ice machine and morning continental breakfast area which had free newspaper,your choice of coffee,tea ,or juice.Cereals ,bagels,assorted danish,fruit satisfied my hunger.It was a very comfortable stay and I found the hotel to be convenient location wise. The cleaning lady was very courtious and efficient. A good stay was appreciated.

Check-in staff very professional and friendly, very informed on what was happening locally. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Hotel provided continential breakfast in lobby, but it was not a relaxing atmosphere. Down fall was at checkout, staff was not personal or friendly, seem not to care if you might come back as a repeat business- Could of been the crowded area with breakfast and checkout all happening in a very small area. But overall I would come back simple because it the best rooms for the dollar.

This hotel was actually pretty nice considering how cheap it was. The room looked to have been renovated pretty recently. It's nothing fancy, but if you're just looking for a clean, cheap place to stay then it's perfect.

Only problem was not enough ac outlets to plug in computer/phone chargers. Great support from hotel manager to print out airline on-line check-in paperwork

“Great Experience in AZ”

Staff was incredibly curteous, helpful and cordial. Given Wifi access. Room was clean. As travel plans changed due to heavy snowfall, staff was fabulous about accomodating changing travel plans.

The Staff was great, the room was nice, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and provided a great nights rest. A great value, will most definitely stay there again on next trip to Durango.

Our room was small but our friends had a bigger one. The staff was very good overall very good. Good breakfast too. Took a while to understand the heating system, but once we did we were satisfied
