“Not the best condo experience”
Ferringway needs to renovate their properties. I like the style and location of the condos but wish that the carpet were in better condition. The lock on the door didn't work so we had to take our bags with us. It's next door to a college which is good and bad. It seemed like the condo had been well partied in. It would be a good place for a family but not cushy enough for a couple or friends.
