I had my doubts when I first saw the hotel in person, having only seen pictures. I was happily surprised at the value I got for the lovely hotel right in the center of Historic Durango. The room, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed was very nice but had a little too much furniture in the space allotted. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

My Sis and her 2 Grandchildren went with us so I had to get a hotel she could afford so I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. The location was perfect. Near restaurants, the train and Old Town shopping. It was very clean and comfortable considering we didn't have Queen beds. Right next to the beautiful river. The pool and grounds were very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

After a long day of driving and site seeing, this place was just what we needed. Hotel staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, while the rooms were contemporary, clean and very roomy. It was all the little things that made our family stay AWESOME - the cookies at check-in, the Hampton's pool toys and the varied breakfast items.
