Nice room but they roll up the side walks at 5pm and the bars and eateries close at 9. If you want something you have to go to Durango or Silverton to get it. Prices for activities are priced ok. When we went half of them was closed.

Great hotel, we've stayed here many times. It's very comfortable and in a great location. It would be great if they could update things a little-the bathrooms and kitchen area are pretty dated. Other than that-great place to stay!

We were in Durango visiting Ft Lewis college for my son. While we were there we went white water rafting, ride the train to Silverton and did some hiking as well. We found the hotel to be close to all attractions And activities. It was new and clean, which is always a bonus. Beds were comfy too. Only downside is that the pool was indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel for a great price!

She probably just didn't like me, but that's no excuse. She took a VERY long time to get us checked in. Otherwise, the hotel was great! Plenty of plugs for our techno stuff, fast internet, and good bed (note: not great, but ok for 1 night).
Loved the restaurant for breakfast and the coupons so that we got it free (well, $1.57 plus tax & tip). The food was very good.
Would stay here again.
