A pre-arrival email would have been nice detailing where the car park was and how to use the car park. Check in was fine, the room large, spacious and relaxing (although it was a disabled room). The bedroom could have been improved with free bottled water (being from Glasgow drinking water is usually of the highest standard - the fluoride water in Newcastle / Durham not palatable) and biscuits for having with tea / coffee. £15 for breakfast is outrageous - we went to Wetherspoons and had a large English for $4.99 - it would be very hard to serve better food.
