“clean and cozy!”

The service was great here. They spoke english well and were very accomodating. The rooms are small but clean. Good place to stay if you don't mind size and you are here for small trip.

“Great value in heart of Dusseldorf”

This is an excellent choice for the smart and value-driven international traveller. The hotel is close to everything, clean and comfortable. It is not luxurious so don't expect that. Sort of like an efficient well engineered Audi, not a Rolls Royce. There is Wifi for a small charge and they are pet friendly. The front desk staff were outstanding!

It was a lovely hotel, the only negative part was that the breakfast was not included, and it would cost us 12 pounds per person, that was a bit expensive, so we had breakfast for 4 pounds!

I rate the hotel as superb as in addition to the above the price coupled with location was excellent. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it.

“Second stay here”

Very handy for Hauptbahnhof and also close to Oststrasse U-Bahn for Altstadt, not that it's that far to walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel for a short stay , only downside no aircon in room . But for the price you dont expect it . Didn't have breakfast so cant comment , 5 min walk from the old town . Would stay again .

“Dusseldorf good choice near main train station”

The hotel is in good conditions and clean, very well located. Staff is good, the only bad thing was that the Internet system is a bit complex and I was never able to use the WiFi.

Nice hotel for the price. Friendly, good location, clean. Didn't have any towels in my bathroom, but they fixed that straight away. 15 min free WIFI. Bed far too soft... maybe personal preference.

“Basic modern hotel in Dusseldorf.”

Check in time was 3pm. Room was a standard small double room with a large LCD tv. Being in the middle of summer, there was no air-conditioning but upon asking reception, was given a fan. Hotel is located in the Japanese quarter of Dusseldorf and is about a 6 minute walk from town centre and a 4 blocks away from the central station. It's also close to the metro station. Basic hotel with no fridge but was provided with towels and had a decent lift.

“Very ordinary”

Went to Borsenhotel in December for 2 nights. Although requested one double bed - in typical gerna style, two singles pushed together, with a single duvet each. Room was a typical 3 star, nothing to write home about, but clean, fairly comfortable and nothing to complain about, except perhaps the walls being rather tin, so could hear the lift, conversations in teh corridor and general comings and going of neighbours. Was rather overpriced for what it was, but guess that if you visit germany during Christmas Market season, you should expect that!
