“One of Düsseldorf's most convenient hotels.”

For pleasure and business travellers to this part of Germany I would recommend Hotel Madison, on Graf-Adolf Strasse. The hotel is in easy reach from the city's airport by means of the local city railway (S-Bahn). From the nearby main train station (Hauptbahnhof) many other parts of Germany can be reached in comfort by Deutsche Bundesbahn, Germany's superior railway system. The trains are very clean, fast and punctual. The staff at Hotel Madison were extremely helpful and courteous; they took care of my suitcase while I made last look around the city on my last day. In conclusion I would give this hotel full marks.

“Madison Hotel”

I was very happy with the hotel choice. The Madison Hotel was centerally located, close to the "Ko" and "Oldtown" and only two blocks from the train station. Rooms were small but but clean and modern. Staff was very frendly and spoke english very well. The breakfasts were European style and was good. The hottub room and pool was beautiful and relaxing. The only negitive was the neighborhood. It was surrounded by adult video stores, but the area seemed safe at night.

5 minutes walk to train station. Excellent location when having to visit multiple cities. Limited internet access using the T-Mobile Roaming network. Close enough to the old town to be able to visit it in the evening or weekend.

The one disappointment was that my assigned room did not have internet reception, while I has read that rooms were equipped with high-speed internet. The next morning I requested a room with internet reception, and this request was accomodated. I was also surprised that I needed to sign-up with T-Mobile for hourly internet service, but perhaps that is not uncommon in Europe. The location of the Madison was excellent, close to the main train station, and walking or quick subway distance to Konigsallee and Old Town.

“Nice hotel but the room is not very comfortable and no free w.Lan”

This hotel is nice and equiped with a of things to relax such as indoor pool, sauna, whirl pool and good gym. The breakfast is very delicious, warm and cold available, I love the German bread.
