“Winter Break,Enjoyed the stay.”

The hotel is very welcoming and convenientl located for main railway station, room is clean and comfortable and i do like the clear glass lift! There are many shops and bars near by . The hotel provides an excellent breakfast buffet and free tes/coffee on the first floor. Mini bar is well stocked but expensive compared to the prices in a kaisers supermarket opposite! The hotel appears to be in a red light district but don't let that put you off! only thing i didn't like was that the bed was too hard, staff seemed friendly and polite. Price wise is good for location and i would probably use it again!

“2 days stay with road noise”

Very noisy room (directly on two main roads). There was a 3rd bed, although we only booked for 2, leaving almost no space to move in the room. Although the staff assured us to remove the 3rd bed, it remained in the room during the whole stay. The breakfast is good.

“its ok”

My room was a singel room on topfloor verry smal, 5 floors by elevaitor one floor walk. The breakfast was " fantastic" they want 5 Euro extra for internet! mmmm i did not like that..

“Adequate but pricey during trade shows..”

Stayed in this hotel during a major trade show because I waited late to book a room. Hotel is in a "seedy" area within four blocks of the main train station. Restaurant in/adjacent to the hotel is closed and looks "abandoned". Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, but the trade show night pricing was absurd for this level of hotel. Non-trade show time this is probably a good "cheaper" option for low budget travelers.

“If you want to sleep well, dont stay here”

Unfortunately I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights as my base for exploring Germany and the Benelux countries. It is located in a rough neighborhood surrounded by ugly buildings and lies between two busy streets and a busier intersection in front. I could hear every single noise from the street (2nd floor) even with the windows shut and can only imagine how it would be in summer time with the windows open since the hotel does not have any a/c. Locals are not shy to yell and talk loud at 3am or cars revving their engines and honking. In addition, the trams add to the symphony every few minutes until around midnight. Room decor was outdated like from the 80s and beds were worn. On the positive side, I got to admit that the breakfast room and breakfast buffet was excellent. The lady in charge there was very nice and kept everything well stocked and clean. The front desk staff was also very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The main train station is a six minute walk away or 1 minute by tram. There is a pharmacy, a super market and an excellent Turkish restaurant across the street. If you must stay here, get some ear plugs.

“Nice people, poor hotel”

Very cordial and helpful people, too bad they haven't updated their hotel since the 1970's.
