“Pleasent Stay”

Hotel staff was great. Since I only speak English it was very helpful that the staff spoke perfect English. Breakfast food and service was above par. I would recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.

Great boutique hotel with awesome interior design. Breakfast was lovely. Good location, not far from shopping, restaurants and short walk from the train station. A short trip to the Messe exhibition centre.

An excellent hotel that was comfortable, clean and well located for enjoying the Alt stadt and the shopping centres.

“Exceptional”

The rooms were second to none, very modern, very clean with all the facilities that we needed, iron and ironing board in room, flat screen tv's, coffee facilities in room, full air con and even a set of complimentary slippers. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, definately no complaints there. The breakfast buffet was very well laid out with a nice range of food and drinks, however, at 18 Euro's per person I would definitely recommend that you eat elsewhere, way over priced. The location was a problem when we first arrived, not many bars or eating places to be found, but a couple of days later when we had found our bearings, it really didn't seem that bad. It is a 10 minute walk to the main station,(Hauptbahnof), or a 2 minute tram ride, from there you can basically go to anywhere in Germany. The Altstadt was a good 30 minutes walk away, enjoyable the first time, but not to be done too often, again, when you get use to the tram routes, it was very easy and only took 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitly be staying here on my next visit to Dusseldorf,. Thank you Stage47.

“Very comfortable”

Hotel location is convenient to train and central part of town. Only thing was that the carpet in my room needs cleaning or replacing. Too many spots near the TV and mini-bar. Also, the sink stopped up after the 2nd day and would not drain. Other than that I would stay there again.

“It's okay”

A 5 minute walk from the train station but a 20 minute walk for the harbor/sites. Service is excellent and the rooms are clean.

“Very disappointing”

Terrible services. Very unpolite employees. Terrible reception and general installations. The only good thing is the size of the rooms and some of the room facilities.
