Nice room, but a bit too warm.
Clean room, comfy bed, excellent TV, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only downside was our inability to find a comfortable temperature. It was really cold outside, and the heating unit was actually making the room too warm. Tried several settings, plus the heating unit would kick on and off. A bit disruptive for sleep. Still, it was a nice hotel and we'd stay there again if needed.

We were surprised this was a best western, didn’t seem up to standard. Sheets didn’t fit the bed, the chairs in the room were dirty, there were no cups for coffee or water, attention to detail was lacking.

Bed was hard. Breakfast service ran out of milk and cream cheese (for bagels). Shower knobs made of plastic and became difficult to turn the water off and on.

Door didn't work and apparently it was a known problem. Toilet didn't work properly. Overall property is run down, in need of repairs, and is over priced for what you get.

The hotel was okay. I don’t typically stay at hotels where the rooms are accessible from the outside, but options were limited & it was only for one night. The hotel staff was friendly & the room was clean. The also offer a hot breakfast so that’s a bonus.

Asked for the carpet & bathroom to be vacuumed 2 times and it was never done. The blanket on the rollaway was filthy. The dirty towels were in a pile on top of our suit case.

Great young lady checking us in on Saturday night.... i have forgotten her name. The hotel is clean enough but it is a bit run-down and older than most. Great location and quiet for a night sleep.

Passed depressing
No toilet paper holder and there was poop on the toilet paper roll. This was my second time staying here in the exact same room in two weeks and I had worse problems the first time (maintenance entering my room at 5am and breaking the security chain) so I didn't say anything, I just used the tissues instead. The toilet paper doesn't have a holder so they just stuck it in the wall for people to grab. So unsanitary. Didn't bother using the shower the next morning, the poop completely grossed me out and I went to sleep on the old lumpy bed and left the next morning. Staff is all very nice but everything about this place is super cheap, including the breakfast. Just poor ingredients and off brands that mean not so good tasting food.

Outside of the property looked inviting. Once inside it was a different story. Microwave was dirty None of the clocks were set Ran out of tissue Shower faucet was broken Toilet ran Carpet was stained/appeared dirty Area around handles were dirty Door didn't close properly A lot more attention to detail would be beneficial.

Bad check in experience.
My check-in experience was unpleasant. The clerk checking me in was on her cell phone the almost the entire time. She was having a conversation with her son who had been incarcerated for domestic violence. Only aware of this as she had her phone on speakerphone. After the call ended she proceeded to tell me this wasn’t his first time in jail. He had just gotten out after being in for a year due to bad choices he had made with the same girl. The TV in my room was not operational.

They were going to charge me for my room but I explained to them I already paid for it on Hotels.com. There was a misunderstanding and hopefully they corrected the billing. Staff was helpful and personable. Probably the best hotel in Esgar and Springerville x. Not a lot of choices

The front desk weekend staff and the Kitchen specialist should be Best Western Training Representatives for the company!! This was by far the best weekend we’ve had at any Of the companies Franchises, including its Executives Plus! Everyone should stay at this particular one in Eagar because of the “Superb” friendly front desk staff and that beautiful friendly hospitable kitchen specialist!! But to top it off they have a a one of a kind “ Pancake maker” that every Hotel should use as a standard in their breakfast area! I ate eggs I Never eat and loved them! Food was delicious, hot and fresh!! I’m looking to buy that pancake maker for my home. These ladies deserves too be the “companies” owners and highest paid employees!!!!! Straight professional, friendly, funny and hospitable; second to NONE!!!!! I’m Spreading the word about Best Western, Eagar, Arizona!! We’ll Be Back for a longer stay!!
