The hotel met every expectation, save one: it's personnel far excedeed what is due. They were kind, thoughtful, pleasent and respectful. Management seriously needs to take note of this.

We are from san Antonio and we arrived in Eagle Pass for the Labor Day weekend. We met with family and the location and service were spectacular. The room and staff were both great! The breakfast was outstanding with several options for both a big appetite and those who want a healthy b-fast. I would choose HI the next time we go to EP which will be very soon.

“Nicest Hotel in Eagle Pass”

I have stayed in Eagle Pass on two other occasions and the Hampton Inn is the nicest hotel in town. This seems to be a newer hotel. Very clean room and nice continental breakfast. I will continue to use this hotel.

next room doors slam too loud shaking the walls. too expensive.

Booked a room with a jacuzzi & once we got in the room we found out that all the jacuzzi rooms are smoking rooms. How dumb! The water pressure is very low and the breakfast was mediocre. This was supposed to a romantic weekend for me & my hubby. Not happy with the accommodations at all.
