Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eagle Pass

My wife and I had a great as stay very rested and I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The room was extremely cold and I got chlled; after turning off the air conditioner, Ms Gonzales from Housekeeping brought a nice warm blanket and I was able to sleep comfortably.

Visiting Eagle Pass on business. The Holiday Inn Express was very clean with no issues to report. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety in a large and accessible area. The staff was friendly. A very pleasant stay.

We stayed in a King suite. All was well until bedtime. Turned off light switch by the door and ALL lights went out. There is only one switch in the room. After a while, we figured out that by moving the bedside light plugs from the position they were in to the empty slot the bedside lights would work. When checking out we mentioned the problem to the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue. The problem exists only on the rear wing. The contractor was supposed to be coming back to fix his mistake. We would stay here again. It is very clean and quiet. Just be aware that you may have to move plugs in the socket to get lights to work in the back wing.

Rooms were very clean. Very nice breakfast and hours were long enough for anyone to enjoy even if they sleep in.
